The location was great and the staff was helpful.
For the price, its not worth it. I don’t understand why this place has so many reviews because the room is literally like a match box,so small that u can’t even open your luggage. Because its so small, it feels very packed and anyone who doesn’t like small spaces shouldn’t book this. I couldn’t wait to leave. I went after reading the reviews but very disappointed with the quality. I felt like there were bedbugs or something.

The location, close to shops and restaurants.
Its dirty. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and when they came to clean the room, they only removed the trash in the bathroom but did not scrub the floors and walls. The balcony was dirty. The room was hot, we complained about the AC, he said its because its warm outside. I asked for an extra fan but they didnt provide one. The towel is old and torn. I know its a cheap hotel but paying customers still deserve a clean place.

The room was comfortable and peaceful. Ac worked well & breakfast options were great. The staff are very friendly & there is a 24 hour reception which was perfect for us arriving in from Ha Giang.

Només arribar ens van dir que no tenien habitacions disponibles i que ens reservaven una habitació en un hotel fora de l’old quarter. Els hi vaig dir que no em semblava bé i quan van veure que em començava a enfadar, va sortir una habitació disponible de la xistera.
