Исправьте хоть как-то ситуацию с подходами к пляжу, облагородьие бетон бухты, подумайте о создании пантона с баром

Очень вкусная еда

Cons:

Отсутствие нормального моря.
К отелю подходят две бухты, вода в которых застойная и часто в принципе отсутствует.
Так же не продуманы спуски к бухте, один удобный всегда был закрыт из-за того, что вода уходила и были острые камни (но можно же сделать а ля пантон что-то и закрыть камни). А второй спуск был с дороги, то есть чтоб пройти к пляжу ты выходишь из отеля, идешь пару метров в купальнике по проезжей части асфальтированной дороги (и тол ко потом попадаешь к пляжу, очень некрасиво, неудобно, есть варианты проложить эту дорогу в отеле, не по проезжей части, но тоже никто не сделал.
Видов красивых тоже нет, просто бухта в бетоне.

We loved our time here, we are already looking to return for another visit!
Pros:

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It was intentionally made and it’s been well maintained. The staff were amazing. From the restaurant manager, to spa staff, to concierge, and the kids club staff- they were all just lovely. Especially, Haemin and Nhu Huynh at kids club were especially sweet to my kiddos. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Cons:

It is quite far from the airport.

Beautiful private villa, stunning sea view, excellent pool, wonderful service
Pros:

A beautiful and very private villa with a magnificent sea view. We especially loved the private pool, which is about 10 metres long. We spent a lot of time swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing at the villa. The contemporary design is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is peaceful.

A huge thank you to our host, Hazel. She was always quick to respond, very attentive, and helped us with reservations, excursions, and everything else we needed.

The hotel is very welcoming to families. The team provided toys for the children to enjoy in the pool, which was a thoughtful surprise. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome minibar and amazing wicker hat!

The food was very enjoyable, and ordering lunch or dinner to the villa was especially convenient. Having a quiet family meal by our private pool with a sea view was one of our favourite parts of the stay.

Cons:

We did not experience any significant problems. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Overall it was good, but I don't think I'd want to stay there again.
Pros:

- Location & Privacy: The hotel is located outside the city, so there is no street noise or hustle. It is a super spot for seclusion. However, if you want to be in the center of the action, this is not for you. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Nha Trang center via Grab.
- Accommodation: The secluded villas are excellent — spacious, comfortable, and well-designed.
- Sea Front: The property is right on the shore. You can hear the sound of the waves, and the first-line villas have a direct sea view. It's very cool.
- Staff: The team is friendly, polite, and always ready to help.
- Food: The restaurants are excellent with tasty and diverse food. Note: The breakfast area can get very crowded after 9:00 AM.
- SPA: The SPA was also great.

Cons:

- Cold Pools (Major Issue): Each villa has a private pool, but it is NOT heated. This is a huge minus. Why have a pool if the water is freezing? If you are traveling off-season, the pool is useless for you.
- No Common Pool: The resort lacks a good main pool. The one they have is small and also cold.
- No Real Beach: The hotel does not have a proper beach. There are only two tiny coves with sea access, but you cannot call it a beach. If you want a large sandy beach, I recommend looking at the neighboring Amiana Resort instead.

💔 Personal Experience: I celebrated my birthday during my stay. Usually, hotels of this level make an effort to congratulate their guests (a cake, a note, or even a verbal wish). Here, there was complete silence and ignore. It was disappointing given the price point.
