Everything we could have asked for!
Pros:

We loved the staff, they were all so friendly and made us feel very welcome! My husband and I got a free upgrade to a stunning spacious room. The pool area is so lovely and relaxing with plenty of seats and space. The breakfast was really nice too and they were very accomodating to me being gluten free. Highly recommend!

Pros:

The staff were so helpful and gracious - the hotel was always clean and nicely presented. We enjoyed the afternoon tea each day and again staff were always so attentive. The location in District 1 was excellent and close to the walking street and the centre of history. WE would stay again and recommend this hotel
