素敵な滞在になった。
Pros:

とにかくスタッフの対応がとても良い。
ツインで予約していたのに、部屋のベッドがダブルになっていて、それを伝えたら、わたしのタイミングをちゃんと確認して、いない時にすぐに対応してくれた。
また、ロケーションも良く、便利だったのと、部屋のインテリアなども素敵だった。

部屋が雨漏りしていたのにがっかりした。

Beautiful place
Pros:

Friendly staff and wonderful service. They prepared a complementary flower bouquet for us as we mentioned its our anniversary trip. We had a Japanese bidet and rain showerhead in our bathroom which was wonderful. Location is also convenient. Would come back again 10/10

Cons:

There was no toilet paper holder in our toilet so it was awkward to reach for the toilet paper behind us

Super vacation stay would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The staff were so helpful as it was our first time in Vietnam. Absolutely lovely. Clean rooms and delicious breakfast choices for all nationalities. Location was great and we were made to feel so welcome. Thank you Amy & Penny

Great place and room. Worth the little extra!
Pros:

Great place and room, I was a little worried it would be noisy being on the road, but with the window and blinds closed it was perfect. The staff were exceptional!!

Cons:

Hard to criticise anything. Maybe only the lift in the second part is very hot. And Breakfast was down a little on choice but it was made up by having the most amazing afternoon tea!

I would definitely stay there again
Pros:

The decor and everything was so cute and I loved the doorbell extra touch. Made me feel special for my birthday, Dory was so cute and the doormen were funny.
