Excellent location, walking distance to most landmarks. Also an excellent selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Staff were diligent and friendly particular mention to Alec and Dory who were charming and helpful.
Some renovation to a nearby hotel woke us up at 0800 on Sunday am😢

We have stayed at this hotel twice now. The location is very convenient, and the pool is really nice. Not too busy and enough loungers poolside.
Last time we stayed there was more hammocks in the pool area, this time there was only one so that's a bummer, you just have to get up to the pool early or bide your time.
A bit of luxury and tranquillity in the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Min City.
Very clean, very friendly staff throughout the whole hotel. Beautiful bed linen and pillows. Incredible food for breakfast and afternoon tea.

We had a wonderful stay at Silverland Mây Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Lily and Amy, who were so kind and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality really made us feel welcome.
We also really enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch and made our stay even more special. Everything was beautifully presented and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and elegant.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

This is our third stay in a Silverland property and fave to date. Staff were friendly, attentive and polite. Rooms were well maintained and clean. We particularly loved the pool area with its indoor / outdoor feel and rooftop bar. Happy hours were fairly inexpensive and we loved the spicy Ayam cocktail.
There was an extremely loud noise which started across the hall from our room which meant we were unable to sleep. Staff sourced a new room for us immediately and helped us move so we could sleep while they got maintenance to look into it. They organised for a complimentary airport transfer in light of this.
The breakfast and afternoon tea buffet were ok, a little disappointing and much of the hot food was on the cold side

早く着いていてロビーで待っていたら気を使ってアップグレードしてアーリーチェックインしてくれました。
部屋も綺麗ですごくかいてきでした。
スタッフもフレンドリーで過ごしやすかったです。
チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただき、戻ったらスパのシャワーを案内してくれて快適でした。
