Great location
Toilet in the shower. Couldn’t adjust the aircon temperature.
Dit boutique hotel zit op een unieke plek. Je kan je overdag niet voorstellen hoe druk het 's avonds is tijdens de nightmarket. Wij hebben daar verder geen enkele last van ondervonden toen we eenmaal in onze kamer waren. Bij inckecken nemen de dames van de receptie alle tijd voor je. Je wordt naar een zitje geleid en krijgt wat te drinken. Erg prettig allemaal. Ze leggen je alles uit en staan de rest van je verblijf klaar om je te helpen. Prima! Het ontbijt is echt goed en de mogelijkheid om je eitje gebakken, scrambled of cooked te krijgen is helemaal top. De airco werkt prima en dat is ook echt nodig.
Het enige dat aandacht behoeft zijn de fietsen. Het is een grote plus dat het hotel (gratis) fietsen uitleent, dat was voor ons een pre. De fietsen hebben echter echt onderhoud nodig. Je wilt het als hotel niet op je geweten hebben dat er een ongeluk gebeurd met 1 van je gasten doordat er gebreken aan de leen-fiets zijn. Ik heb het over cruciale onderdelen als remmen, bellen en wielen/banden. Wel of geen mandje of kinderzitje is veel minder relevant.

The hotel was in a fabulous location just a few minutes walk to the old town. As soon as we arrived the staff were very welcoming and friendly and explained all about Hoi an and provided information including maps.
The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was lovely too.

First of all, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, polite, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is located on the island side, just across from the Old Town, but still only about a five-minute walk away, which was very convenient.
The property is located near the night market, which could potentially be noisy, but we received a room on a quieter side street, so the evening noise was not a problem at all. Besides, the night market closes around 10 PM.
The room was large and comfortable, with internet access, a small balcony where you could sit and relax, and a spacious bathroom.
Bicycles and a swimming pool are available for guests. The breakfasts were simple and not overly elaborate, but definitely sufficient and satisfying.
Great location close to the river and directly next to the night market but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The staff on reception were lovely and really helpful if we needed to arrange anything

Las instalaciones no se corresponden ni de lejos con lo que se espera de un 4 estrellas. La primera noche llegamos algo tarde y la habitación que nos dieron era diminuta. El wc estaba dentro de la ducha. La única ventana daba a un pequeño patio interior cubierto. El aire acondicionado hacía muchísimo ruido... Bajé a recepción para que nos la cambiaran y la recepcionista se había ido a dormir. Al día siguiente nos dieron una habitación más grande y cómoda y se disculparon.

Very spacious room with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning kept the room cool. We had a balcony overlooking the night market, which was very nice. The shower was excellent.
We don't actually mind, but the room can be a bit noisy at night due to the market.
The staff. They were always willing to help.
The bathroom could need a little update. But is was fine.

房間安靜寬敞，床好睡，熱水穩定，位置很理想，旅館門口晚上就是夜市，逛街買東西很方便，走去最熱鬧的老街也不遠，是個會安住宿的好選擇！
