Very good value for money
Pros:

Good location, smack in the middle of the night market. Lots of shops and restaurants around as well. The hotel itself was good, and clean, very good value for money. There is also a pool on the ground floor. The breakfast was decent, with salads, fruit, boiled eggs etc. It was an easy short walk across the river to get to the Old Town. The staff were helpful, especially Thuy who helped us when we arrived and got slightly lost due to the market, and she briefed us on what activities there were to do in Hoi An.

Cons:

Just note that if you arrive after 5pm or thereabouts, the night market is in full swing, and my driver didn't want to drive up to the hotel and dropped us down the road. I also got scammed immediately, because I took a video of the night market and a fruit seller accused me of taking her photo and said I had to give her money for the photo or buy something. The night market is pretty noisy until almost midnight, which is to be expected I guess. I forgot to inform the hotel but the water from the shower was unbearably hot most of the time no matter how we adjusted it.

観光名所の中にあるホテルだったので、移動が楽でした
夜は目の前の道に夜市の屋台が毎日出たので、楽しかったです。それなのに部屋はとても静かでした。
スタッフの方々はとても親切でした。朝食も美味しかったです。チャイルドシート付きの自転車もあったので、2歳児と一緒に自転車で街を散策でしました。提携のスパをら40%オフで利用できました

Cons:

シャワー室かトイレかわかりませんが、少し臭いがありました。残念なのはその点だけです

Complessivamente valido, posizione ottima, colazione ok
Pros:

La posizione affacciata sul mercato serale e vicino al fiume è perfetta. La mia camera era come nelle fotografie.

Cons:

La cassetta di sicurezza in camera dovrebbe essere fissata al muro o almeno all'armadio, diversamente non offre più sicurezza della valigia... Colazione direi sufficiente (per il gusto italiano, si intende).
