Cons:

Tôi đã đặt phòng trên Booking.com. Hệ thống đã xác nhận đơn đặt phòng 3 đêm (9 thg 7 - 12thg 7) tại Cherry Luxury Hotel. Lúc 14h ngày 9 thg 7 tồi đến checkin thì tiếp tân báo cho tôi ở khách sạn chỉ còn phòng cho 1 đêm 9 thg 7, những ngày sau đó đã kín phòng. Gia đình tôi phải đặt gấp khách sạn khác giá đắt đỏ. Lẽ ra tôi phải được bồi thường thiệt hại do lỗi của khách sạn, vì theo luật, nếu tôi đã đặt phòng mà không đến nhận phòng thì tôi sẽ bị phạt bằng cách bị trừ tiền trong tài khoản một cách tự động mà không cần chủ tài khoản đồng ý. Rất mong Booking.com tiếp nhận được phản hồi để xây dựng hệ thống bền vững hơn. Trân trọng.

Good and comfortable.
Pros:

Overall, this hotel is good. Very convenient. Walking distance from our bus drop-off. And quite near to attraction place (around 15-25minutes). The staff also friendly and tried to served us the best they can.

It's fine if you are on a budget.

Cons:

Very basic. No heating in room when it is cool in winter. Therfore room had damp atmosphere. No view from window as glass is frosted.
