Thao Ty and Linh Oanh helped me.I like them.It became my family.The hotel was located in a beautiful central location.The cleanliness was also good.
The Hotel was perfect for inner city stay the room was large and very comfortable. Full kitchen in the room available if needed. Chef cooked a lovely breakfast which fueled us for the day. All of the staff we came into contact with were very helpful. Special thanks to Ty and Ti and all the staff

Location very close to everything. Mr Sinh was amazing he take care of our scooter every day and always willing to help.
In our room was some mosquito. Bed sheets was not clean and during our stay was not changed
Thao Nhung Linh Thu Hieu Ty Oanh Sinh Thuy were all very nice and attentive! Answered all my questions and gave me very good tips on what to do and where to eat - cannot recommend it enough!

Endroit sur évaluer, fourmis +++sur table de chevet. Balcon très petit, pour une chaise seulement, eau de la piscine au gros soleil donc eau chaude. Cuisine ,mais sans chaudron . Pas de commodité, pas de bureau pour les vêtements, une petite penderie . Un banc pour 2 et une table basse seulement .

Nothing, everything was perfect!
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and the pool area was lovely, although could have benefitted from more furniture.
Although our room was lovely, large and clean, the patio was huge, we had no garden furniture on the patio and we had to move the chairs from the living room onto the patio, bringing them back into the room every time we weren't using them. We did ask a couple of staff members if we could have some outdoor furniture but they said there wasn't any available, even though the pictures on Booking.com do show 2 garden chairs. The outdoor bath we didn't use as the water pressure was not good enough and it would have taken hours to fill up. Neither of these minor issues would stop me from returning as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

第一天我把一个没吃完的牛皮纸袋子里的面包放在桌子上，结果等我回来之后牛皮纸袋上旁边的电话还有墙上爬了许多蚂蚁，不知道看不见的地方藏了多少蚂蚁窝……我下去找工作人员，他们好像已经习以为常了，用杀虫剂喷了一下那个区域就完事了，本来说的第二晚要给我换房间，结果到第二天也根本没有人理我。岘港这边天气潮湿，找一个杀虫工作做得好的住宿非常重要！！！
Stayed here for one night. The dorm was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was really good too. The highlight of the stay was uncle Ty, the staff over here who always had a big smile and is willing to help with everything. He can't speak English but he proactively uses Google translate to communicate and is eager to help and make the stay pleasant. Thank you uncle Ty 🙏
