Very good location, super friendly staff, the rooms and beds were very cozy and rooftop pool is a gem 💎
Thao Nhung Linh Ty Oanh Phuong Hieu Thao tv waren sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit.
Enjoyed it here, made good use of the rooftop pool. It was like a tiny apartment and had a balcony.
Could use better soundproofing so you don't here the guy trying to sell buns at 5am

The guy managing the motorbikes and the front desk staff Linh Nhung Thao Ty Oanh Hieu Sinh Phuong were both amazingly helpful and kind! Perfect service.I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Da Nang!
L’ Hôtel est bien situé et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, confortables et très bien équipées. Un petit plus pour le petit déjeuner (buffet) très varié et copieux. Merci aux personnes de l’accueil et particulièrement à l’agent de l’entrée toujours souriant.
TY the doorman made our entire experience better. We were greeted with his warm smile upon setting foot into the hotel. He kindly offers us a welcoming drink to cool down. The next day we came back after leaving our luggage to get to the airport, mind you the summer heat in Da Nang is super humid - he saw us in drenching sweat and offered us a refreshment drink, which was very thoughtful. The interaction with him is simply wholesome.
The Studio room we had was nicely decorated. Clean upon check-in and we can't find fault to it.
Location: it's a 15-20 min walk to Han market.
Unfortunately the next experience with the reception personnel isn’t the same (I came at 1230 pm,7/8) . She was very unfriendly, no “Hi or Welcome”, instead I have to initiate the conversation and said I have a booking. Super unfriendly and no warmth as a front desk personnel at all.
The same experience I had the next day during check out (8/8, 1030am). I was in queue behind a guy (I’m second in turn) and then another patron cut my cue - she did nothing and attended to the person without acknowledging I was in line first (wth man?!) I got really annoyed at that point but didn’t want to make a scene as it’s my final day in Vietnam and she’s not going to ruin the experience. When she served me, the same behaviour as yesterday, no greetings, no how was your stay (only asked this to get a google review later). Mind you every single hotel we stayed throughout our 7 days asked us this. From hostel to luxury hotel. Her tone instantly changed later to a softer, cutesy girl when we are about to leave and she asked to leave a Google review on the spot, which I declined as we have an appointment to catch at 11am. She INSISTED again there and then, which really push the wrong button for me - another point deducted for that. We left the place and came back later to pick up our luggage, and again - simply ignored by her. Not a word came out of her mouth. Ty however saw us in drenching sweat and kindly offered us a cold drink, what a true gentleman he is. While we were cooling down and waiting for our taxi he chatted with us using Google translator, said nice things like wished our family well and good health. Seriously that kind of interaction that made your customer HAPPY and would want to come back. Honestly just let him handle the front desk man, he does better job 100 times better than those front desk girls. Hope the owner read this: PLEASE, seriously give.them.better.training!
L'existence d'une piscine, même si elle n'est pas dans le meilleur des états.
Nous avons été déçues de cet hôtel. Arrivée avec personne à l'accueil pour le check-in et aucune information. La chambre n'était pas propre (avec en plus des fourmis qui s'infiltraient dans toutes nos affaires, des toiles d'araignées un peu partout). Le soir de notre arrivée, j'ai demandé pour déposer des vêtements au lavage le lendemain. Il m'a été indiqué de façon désagréable que ce service était indisponible. Le lendemain matin, j'ai constaté que d'autres voyageurs déposaient leurs vêtements pour le service de lavage...
La piscine est dégradée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas idéal pour ceux qui souhaiteraient être côté plage.
Pourtant, à la fin du séjour, les employés ont tenté par tous moyens de nous faire laisser notre évaluation sur Booking (allant jusqu'à nous faire croire qu'il fallait ouvrir l'application Booking pour valider notre check-out). Situations ubuesques dans cet hôtel où nous étions mal à l'aise du début à la fin. Ah oui, à noter que les portes des toilettes sont telles qu'elles ne permettent aucune intimité lorsqu'on voyage à deux.
Un bel hôtel végétalisé bien situé. Studio très agréable, spacieux, bien décoré.

Such a great spot for our first ever hostel stay! Beds were great, room was tidy and clean, we absolutely loved the rooftop pool!! Breakfast was lovely too.
It was far from the beach but we just took a grab, problem solved!

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, hatte einen Balkon und war sehr sauber- ebenfalls der Rooftoppool.
Das Frühstück war seeeehr lecker- so startet man gerne in den Tag.
