Thao and Ty sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno aiutato molto, ogni volta che avevamo bisogno.
L'hotel è molto pulito e si trova in ottima posizione per poter raggiungere i luoghi di maggior attrazione della città.
Inoltre la piscina sul tetto è molto bella.

Pros:

Dès l’arrivée l’accueil de Ty et Sinh a été très appréciable.
L’emplacement est optimal. Le personnel est réactif. La chambre est spacieuse, décorée avec goût, les équipements sont modernes et en très bon état.

Cons:

A notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir que le paiement ne pouvait se faire uniquement par carte bancaire et qu’il était accompagné d’une taxe de 4,1%.

Buena ubicación, el personal de seguridad es muy amable , están pendiente de la llegada en todo momento de los huéspedes , Ty fue muy servicial

Por el precio del loft que tiene lavadora pero no te dan detergente, mejor vayan a un airbnb, mas bonito y con todas las facilidades

Cons:

Reservé el Loft porque tenía según las fotos su lavadora, y he viajado por muchas zonas y siempre te dan detergente, que por el precio que pagas aunque es “económico” deberían al menos poner un sobre como en otros países.
Al preguntar en recepción su solución era dejarles mi ropa y ellos lavarla y cobrarme, lo mismo que una bolsa de detergente.
Tampoco se mostraron interesados en ayudarme
La verdad me arrepiento mucho pues planeaba una buena estancia pero la piscina también estaba en reparación, no lo recomiendo sinceramente, vayan a un airbnb mejor precio

Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht laut von draußen. Es waren Öffnungen zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad und Bad und draußen. Am Frühstück fiel eine Kakerlake von der Wand hinter der ich saß. Das Personal war freundlich aber eher unpersönlich.
