Was okay considering price would’ve been better if had a comfy bed and cleaned
Pros:

Bike rental and easy to get anywhere- was a nice man who owned the property

Cons:

Room was not cleaned once in 7 days
Bed was like sleeping on the floor- “a leather wooden mattress” is the only way I can describe it.

Очень классный, современный и уютный номер, хорошие люди работают в отеле. Матрас, как по мне вполне нормальный. Уборку делают по запросу.

Cons:

Ну да немного грязно при заезде, но это Вьетнам)
Я просто сама убралась и все.

Nothing, because we didn't stay there unfortunately

Cons:

They are canceled our booking without notice. So we are, couple of seniors were forced to look for hotels to stay for the whole month. And therefore all this entire month we wandered vacant rooms in hotels around where we can stay for few days in each of them with our luggage. So we canceled our next reservation in this hotel. Their false cancelation was a complete scam, as Booking.com hadn't cancel our reservation and confirmed this fact in our correspondence

Единственный плюс отеля - местоположение. И то если учитывать, что вокруг полумертвый искусственный город , без адекватных кафе и магазинов поблизости.

Cons:

Кровати УЖАСНО твердые, буквально спишь на полу. Стаффу максимально пофиг , Они либо спят, либо листают рилсы, либо просто отсутствуют. В номерах убирались за три недели раза 3-4 и то, их надо было словить и попросить, иногда дважды.
Полотенца давали иногда просто грязные, дырявые, или вонючие.
В номере при уборке как будто даже не особо подметали, не мыли пол ни разу. Нам приходилось самим искать метлу и подметать 😂

Тараканы огромные в Азии это уже не новинка, но их было прям достаточно на лестницах особенно. Огромное пятно черной плесени в ванне на потолке.

Локация тоже сомнительная, город искусственно создан, половина мест вообще не арендованы, иллюзия жизни, ощущение что ты в какой то матрице застрял))

На всей территории хороший один бичклаб у моря, кстати песок хороший и вода вроде чистая, но мы не купались ни разу, тк в море можно было заразиться какой-то амебой ))) в общем лучше селитесь на сансете для какого то движа , либо если хочется у моря, то выберете отель подороже на 1 линии.

Понравилось месторасположение.

Cons:

Матрасы и подушки. Владелец этой гостиницы решил, что такие матрасы никогда не промнуться. И он прав. Это же, равнозначно спать на полу. Уборкой вообще не занимаются.

Just a sleeping place, could not enjoy the night.

The staff is friendly and attentive, but could not understand English

Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel is poor, upon check in saw previous customer leftover hairband on the floor and got stain in the bathroom floor and basin. During the housekeeping, the bedsheet and pillow sheet did not change, in fact the staff just make up the bed without changing new bedsheet and pillow sheet.
