Perfect food and sleeping experience in Hanoi

A little haven in middle of hectic Hanoi
Pros:

The property was super clean, the top room had an amazing view, as well as the breakfast nook (on the lake, probably the best quiet view in Hanoi). Above all the staff is attentive, accommodating and speaks great English. Special thanks to Linda on her recommendations and constantly ensure we had the best hassle-free experience.

Pros:

We were really impressed by the excellent service, and its Old Quarter location meant everything was close by. Breakfast was outstanding and served table-side rather than buffet-style like most other places in Vietnam, with attentive staff and beautiful lake views. On our last day, we had a very early check-out for our flight, and the hotel arranged our airport taxi and kindly gave us a breakfast to go since the restaurant wasn't open yet — a lovely touch.

Pros:

The bed was so big and comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean and elegant. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the lakeside park, which made it very convenient to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Although there is no elevator, the staff were very kind and helpful in carrying our luggage upstairs. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay!

Best value for money hotel I’ve stayed at
Pros:

It is really good value for money. The rooms are spacious and very bright. The AC works perfectly and it is silent. The staff were wonderful and very helpful

The location was great.

Cons:

It was clean but not 100%….there were little cracks and corners where I saw dust ect that were not visible to the cleaner but someone staying in the room would notice.

I’m kind of a clean freak so the average person would give cleanliness 10/10. I give it 8.5 which is still good.
