The room was fabulous, after travelling in Vietnam for two weeks I was looking forward to a good bed and this bed was so comfortable!
At the front desk Jimmy and Ming were exceptional. Very friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious!

The staff at the reception is exceptionally professional and friendly - a special mention goes to both Daisy and Silvia. Excellent English, genuine warm friendliness and customer service. We will miss them!
Breakfast. Scrambled eggs were watery, simple toast ....is not toasted at all. Hot coffee needs to be served hot, not lukewarm as was the case on each of the 3 days. (the Vietnamese food options were better).
A small gem in the heart of hanoi old quarter. But what makes it special is the attention that each hotel employee gives to the guests. Really coming from the heart. The little attention, the time to explain about the city, the handwritten note, really it made the whole stay exceptional.
Clean, elegant, great service. Beautiful hotel located right near the hustle and bustle. Very quiet inside the rooms. Daisy at reception was also fantastic and very welcoming/accommodating.

It’s a new hotel with beautifully designed rooms with a view. The best part about this place is the staff… they go out of their way to make sure we have a great stay. They surprised us in so many ways that it’s a stay to remember.

The staff and Jimmy especially made our first honeymoon night so special and romantic. They breakfast is great and fresh, the view from the rooftop is magical and the location is perfect! Warmly recommended ❤️ Thank you for everything

Great location, walking distance to the Hoan Kiem lake, markets, shopping, and restaurants. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was beautifully decorated and clean. Would come back to stay here again on my next visit
