Clean and friendly staffs

It is a great hotel in a very centrally located place in Hanoi. Most of the things are close by there is also the water puppet theatre which is very close by. It's a really good location to be based in for your Hanoi trip. If you want to walk around the lake, Go to some of the centrally located attractions, Try out some good food. The staff was excellent as well. Both the front desk the people in the door, they were very helpful and courteous.

El hotel era muy limpio y ordenado, una ubicación espectacular en el mejor sector de Old town, la habitación muy cómoda al igual que el baño. Destaco su desayuno a la carta y la atención de todos además del rooftop con una vista maravillosa, lo recomiendo 100%.

Super Lage, super Zimmer und ein toller Service. Linda hat sich super um unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Meine Partnerin hatte am Anreisetag Geburtstag und wurde toll überrascht. Danke dafür !

Perfect location, convenient to be close to many locations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Linda was incredibly friendly and efficient with our early check in, would definitely recommend this hotel!

We were greeted by Sam the doormen and jimmy the at reception for checkin. Jimmy was very helpful and spoke perfect English. He advised us where to go and what was on for the weekend around Hanoi that would be suitable for us when travelling with child. Also gave us tips for what to look out for whilst in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable enough. We had booked the suite with lake view. The view of the lake was nice and room size was enough for our family of three.

Had all necessary basic amenities.

Room was quiet enough considering the lively city on a weekend.

Upon checkout Linda was efficient and checkout process was easy. Our grab could not pick us up in front of the hotel due to weekend road closures. So they both helped carry our luggage out down the street to meet the grab car. Which was so lovely and helpful as we were travelling with a little one.

The staff here were excellent and spoke fluent English.

The staff were excellent, helpful and extremely accommodating even organising an upgrade at at sister hotel while still allowing us to enjoy breakfast (again excellent) at the original location (again excellent).

但小冰箱裡面的是付費的
床很好睡 也蠻安靜的
附近很多按摩店
叫車的話要看一下因為他巷子裡面了所以有些車開不進來
人常常很多

The staff were absolutely top notch here, highly professional but also personable. From the staff at breakfast to the doorperson everyone was an absolute delight.
