Pros:

The hostel is centrally located but situated on a quiet side street. The rooms offer plenty of storage space in lockable lockers; there is also ample storage space by the bed.

Cons:

I was dissatisfied with the staff's dishonesty. I was told that the price listed on Booking was incorrect and that I would have to pay more. They also offered me a taxi that was supposedly cheaper than using the Grab app, yet the price was nearly 100% higher than the app's rate. Apparently, there was also free breakfast available, but I was not informed about it and did not receive it. The same applies to the upstairs lounge area. At times, the bathrooms were very dirty; they should have been cleaned more frequently.

The staff here are genuinely something special.🌻

Everyone I encountered - from the people making delicious coffee and food each morning, to those keeping the space spotless and welcoming - had this easy warmth that made it feel like more than just a place to sleep. 🤗

A particular shout out to Jackson and his team, who went so far above and beyond that I'm still grateful thinking about it. I had already moved to another place after a week+ of staying here, but I had my phone stolen on a night out, and with no way to navigate or communicate, the only place I could find my way back to was HCP. They didn't hesitate to help despite not living there anymore. They organised someone to translate and accompany me to the police station to make sure I could actually do what I needed to do. That kind of kindness isn't something you forget.Thank you 🙏🏽

On the practical side: beds were comfortable, rooms were cool and cosy, lockers were generous enough for all your things, and bathrooms were consistently clean. The rooftop breakfast with city views was a lovely bonus to wake up to. ☕

Would stay again without a second thought.. And honestly, part of me already misses the HCP team ❤️

Pros:

The room was spacious. Nice breakfast, simple and unique. Love the fruits and the scrambled eggs.. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I had some difficulties locating it initially. Finding my way back after the initial was find. Glad that grab bike were able to locate rhe place.

Pros:

Ostello in posizione ottima! All’intero dell’old quarter e anche vicino alla fermata del bus 86 (quello dell’aeroporto). Camera accogliente e spaziosa, con aria condizionata, armadietto molto grande e letto comodo. I bagni erano sullo stesso piano e puliti, servirebbe forse qualche gancio in più dove appendere le cose.
Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile; c’è una sala comune vicino alla reception (dove poter anche lasciare il proprio bagaglio dopo il check out) e una terrazza dove fare colazione. La colazione è molto semplice, forse si potrebbe ampliare l’offerta, ma il caffè era ottimo!
