Pros:

Elevator is available
I checked late at night. It was open and staff was available.
Breakfast is not bad. But not great too as per the price.

Cons:

Bed Mattress is too thin
Saw a cockroach in the bed when i woke up in the morning.
Washroom is flooded

Amazing staff, great location, good value.

Amazing staff, great location.
Very spacious clean rooms, with your own big locker and private space.
Clean bathrooms, great water pressure.
Only 2 rooms per floor, so you never have to wait to use the shower.
Roof top with views and free delicious breakfast.
Good value for money.
Thank you, Alex, and the rest of the team for making my stay so comfortable.

Pros:

Great location. Nice clean rooms with spacious comfortable bunk beds. Each bed has a privacy curtain, plug socket, storage shelves, plus a large locker to use. Th3 air-conditioning in the room was powerful, which was lovely to come back to after a long, sweaty day. Staff were helpful. Bring cash to pay as there is a ~5% service charge on cards (as with much of Hanoi).

Cons:

Knocked a point off as there is no air conditioning in the shared bathrooms so they are ROASTING and as such there is a pervasive smell in the bathrooms. If you can tolerate this I would highly recommend this hostel.
