Viajo frequentemente em trabalho, e este é o meu hotel favorito.
Pros:

O hotel possui uma localização imbatível, a poucos passos do Grand Theatre e de centros comerciais. Existem inúmeros cafés encantadores e restaurantes de renome nas proximidades. Apesar de estar numa rua movimentada, os quartos são notavelmente silenciosos graças às janelas com vidros duplos que proporcionam um excelente isolamento acústico.

The accomodation is close to where everything is. The room is beautiful, with a bathtub and the price is really good. Chloe the staff is also really nice and accomodating.

Pros:

We had to wait quite a while to check in despite requesting early check-in. By around 1PM, we were already very tired, so I raised a complaint to Booking.com—and shortly after, we were allowed to check in immediately.

After that, everything went well. The staff were very accommodating, the food at their restaurant was amazing, and their egg coffee was excellent. They also have a rooftop lounge with a great view—we even got to watch fireworks.

Overall, still a pleasant stay despite the initial delay. 😊

Cons:

The only downside was the check-in delay, which was a bit inconvenient after a long trip.

При заселении выяснилось, что утром в номере треснула плитка и они не успели это исправить. Другого номера не предложили

Удобная кровать и хороший вай фай

Cons:

Номер уж очень подушатанный. Это совсем не 4* как заявлено. Напор воды в душе- минимальный, даже голову толком не помыть, с потолка капала вода, прямо на полочку у раковины- все вещи были мокрые. Вытяжка вся черная- не мыли наверно никогда

Hotel im Herzen von Sun City.

Die Toilette und das Bad sind nur durch einen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich getrennt.

Das im Preis beinhaltete Frühstück wird in einem Café ca. 100 Meter entfernt serviert. Hier gibt es die Auswahl zwischen Rührei, Sandwich oder 2 landestypische Suppen. Die Frühstücksgetränke wie Kaffee oder Saft, sind nicht Teil des angebotenen Frühstück und werden gesondert berechnet 🙄

Lage war gut. Lotus Hotel jedoch auf mehrere Standorte verteilt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Auch die Lobby und der Frühstücksbereich wurden nicht regelmässig gereinigt. Personal spricht kein Englisch. Aufgrund des Preises dürfen die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch sein.

Прекрасное месторасположение , менеджер отеля выступала в роли личного ассистента, по любым вопросам всегда была на связи, комфортный номер с великолепным видом, хорошие завтраки

Cons:

В номере отсутствовал холодильник, при этом предлагались услуги платного мини бара. Теплое пиво и кока колу так не продать)) Правда разрешили бесплатно пользоваться холодильником кафе на первом этаже
