Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location.
The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast selection was small but tasty.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything to dislike,however after staying in multiple hotels throughout our travels this one was the most expensive out of them all.

スタッフがとても親切で心遣いが素晴らしかった。
朝食も美味しく景色の良いレストランでとても良い！

Cons:

シティビューの部屋は外の音が気になる。
外の店が夜12時位まで大音量で音を鳴らしている点が残念。

Excellent 4-night stay with a comfortable room and exceptional staff. Highly recommended!
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Salute Premier Boutique Hotel. The customer service was outstanding, the facilities were well maintained, and everything was spotless.

A special thank you to Nguyen Tha Han, who went above and beyond after we were pickpocketed near Hoàn Kiếm Lake. She helped us with the police report and even met us at the police station outside her working hours. We truly appreciate her kindness and dedication.

Highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only downside was the wannabe DJ across the street at BÒ NẦM NƯỚNG TÙNG QUẨY deserved an uppercut for blasting music with a boombox outside, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

Geweldig plek om Hanoi te ontdekken
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, zo behulpzaam en meedenkend. We kwamen laat aan maar hadden nog niet gegeten, we werden doorgestuurd naar een restaurantje waar fantastisch lekker hebben gegeten.
Het ontbijt in het hotel is ontzettend uitgebreid en de kamers erg schoon.

Cons:

De badkamer was wel wat verouderd.

Pros:

thd hotel room is extremely clean and convey, the staff are beyond kindness and polite. i got an upgraded room and that was nice. it's my second time to stay in this hotel but won't be the last for sure.

Pros:

Tout était exceptionnel dans cet hôtel . Le personnel est d’une rare gentillesse. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, la SDB très spacieuse .
Les petits déjeuners sont copieux , variés et bons .
L’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé à Hanoi au cœur du quartier des 36 corporations pour faire tout à pied .

Highly Recommended Old Quarter Stay
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially with before arrival, during our stay and the end of the stay.

Extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable, always were very helpful for any questions asked and would always provide and answer.

Everyone was extremely welcoming as well coming in and out of the lobby area as well as throughout the hotel

The added breakfast was good, and selection allowed to try different food daily which was nice

The maps and information guides provided at the beginning of the stay was extremely helpful as well and we used them throughout our stay.
