We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and everything we needed during our visit. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, always willing to assist and ensure we had a pleasant experience. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and outstanding service made it a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to other travelers.

Awesome stay and would definitely come back
Pros:

The hotel is close by to a lot of the sight seeing and shops. Also it’s on a quiet street so even though our room faces the street, we weren’t bothered. Also the staff are extremely friendly and are always willing to help.

The breakfast options are limited

Great Location, Lovely Staff!
Pros:

Amazing location, very central and close to everything in the Old Quarter. The staff were exceptional, very polite and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.

Cons:

The room was a little small, but we didn’t mind too much as we spent most of our time exploring the area.

Service was phenomenal! I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good - small but it changed a bit daily. It was very clean as well. They had a collection of different types of food, including made of order Pho. The staff and service was exceptional. We arrived and they gave us welcome drinks and fruit, brought our bags to the room and shared with us what is relevant around the area and different sights/types of food to try.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy, but we were still able to sleep. If you have a window and it's facing the street, it is bound to have some sound.

Hidden Gem in the old quarters of Hanoi
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They took care of our luggage the moment we entered the lobby. They offered us drinks and fruit while we were waiting to check in. They even packed some snacks for us because we had a late flight and couldn’t eat breakfast the next morning.
The room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

What I do not like so much, is always the request for a review. Sadly, this seems to be normal in Vietnam.

Decent stay with pleasant staff
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and professional - apologetic for things out of their control. Location was excellent, on border of Old Quarter and walkable distance to all attractions without being too noisy.

Cons:

Poor sound control in the rooms- especially with construction site unfortunately starting at 6.30am. Hallways were cramped with stairs between elevator levels - be wary of heavy suitcases.

Super hôtel dans le vieux quartier. Les employés sont très accueillants et professionnels. La chambre était belle et propre. Tout l'hôtel semble d'ailleurs bien entretenu. Excellent petit déjeuner.
