Important information:

1/ Transportation:
- The property provides shuttle bus service from Ho Chi Minh to Ho Tram and vice versa. Our bus location is at VinaTex Building, 14 Vo Van Kiet Street, Ward Saigon, Ho Chi Minh city (corner of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia and Vo Van Kiet). Bus seats are limited and allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Reservation is required in advance and subject to availability. Please contact us to check available bus schedules, pick up location and reserve the bus seats.

2/ General Regulations:
- All guests are required to present original and valid identification documents upon check-in. Foreign guests must provide a passport together with a valid visa or residence card. Vietnamese guests must present a valid National ID Card/ passport / birth certificate for kids.
- Resort check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Pets are not permitted on the resort premises. Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the resort.
- Additional guests will be subject to extra charges in accordance with the resort’s policies.
- Cooking by guests is not allowed. If guests would like to cook in the room, a cooking surcharge will be applied as follows: VND 3,000,000 net (for Condotel) per stay or VND 4,000,000 net (for Villa) per stay.

3/ Entry to The Grand Club and VIP Gaming Areas.
- In accordance with Vietnamese law, entry to The Grand Club and VIP Gaming Areas is restricted to eligible guests as follows:
* Local Vietnamese Guests:
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess full civil legal capacity. Entry fee applies: VND 1,000,000 per person per 24 consecutive hours, or VND 25,000,000 per person per month.
- Provide proof of regular monthly income of at least VND 10 million in accordance with Vietnamese law. Acceptable documents include recent pay slips or income confirmation (issued within the last three months), valid labor or lease contracts, or savings/deposit certificates with a minimum one-year term. Multiple documents may be submitted.
- Conduct all gaming transactions in Vietnamese dong (VND), with any remaining value reconverted to VND upon exit.
* Foreign Passport Holders
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Only original and valid passports and visas are accepted as proof of eligibility and must be presented for verification before entry.

4/ Occupancy and surcharges: - Any addition guest will be applied surcharge as below:
* Children 0-3 years old stay for free if using existing bed.
* Children 4-11 years old will be charged $7.5++/pax/night for breakfast per day if using existing beds.
* Children 12 years old and over will be charged $43++/pax/night per day for staying and breakfast.
- Maximum occupancy of 1-bedroom residences is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old (using existing bed)
- Maximum occupancy of 2-bedroom residences/penthouses/2-bedroom villas are 4 adults and 3 children under 12 years old (using existing bed)
- Maximum occupancy of 3-bedroom villas is 6 adults and 4 children under 12 years old (using existing bed)
- An extra bed if requested is applied charge at $28++/bed/night. One extra bed can only be set up in living room of 2-bedroom residences, living room of penthouses and ground-floor living room of 3-bedrooms villas only – 1 extra bed only for mentioned residences and villas.
* Above prices are NOT including service charge and VAT.

Amazing
Pros:

Beautiful resort and hotel. Many good restaurants with different dishes. Breakfast as a vegan was good enough. I could ask for muesli and special coffee. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Great swimming pool.

Cons:

Everything waa great. Lots of families visit so it's not always as quiet, but most of the time it is.
