Warm Hospitality, Great Location
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hôtel du Lac Hanoi. The hotel’s greatest strengths are its excellent location, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax after exploring the city.

What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Every team member was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel valued throughout my stay.

The staff are the true heart of this hotel and deserve special recognition for their exceptional service.( thank you Ben, Lilly and everyone).

In 1 woord: Geweldig!
Pros:

Al het personeel is zo enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik was een (hele specifieke) oplader vergeten in Japan en zij hebben stad en land afgezocht en deze uiteindelijk voor mij gevonden en laten bezorgen. Toen ik aangaf dat ik graag een voetbalwedstrijd wilde bezoeken had ik de volgende dag kaartjes! We hebben genoten van ons verblij en gebruik gemaakt van het fijne zwembad en de gym.

Normaal schrijf ik niet vaak reviews, maar voor dit hotel en het geweldige personeel maak ik graag een uitzondering.

Amazing staff and perfect location

We had such a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel du Lac Hanoi. What truly makes this hotel special is its people.

A huge thank you to Jack and his amazing team: Lisa, Chloe, Erin, Emily, James, Lilly, Abby, Luna, David, Jennie and Quan (sorry if I’ve missed anyone!). Every one of you made us feel so welcome, always greeting us with kindness, warmth and genuine care, especially towards our little one. Thank you for making us feel at home and for making our stay so memorable. We’ll always choose Grand Hotel du Lac whenever we’re in Hanoi, and we’ll happily recommend it to everyone we know.

I had an amazing stay at Grand Hôtel du Lac Hanoi for four nights, and I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I left.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food and fresh options every morning. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and every little detail is carefully thought out. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Hanoi and all the main attractions.

Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special. I had a fantastic time, and if I ever return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay at Grand Hôtel du Lac Hanoi again.
