Very nice hotel, located in a great location.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Very tight, but it’s inner-city so the location is the trade off.

Great location - fantastic for exploring Hanoi attractions. The staff are unbelievable - absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We checked out at Noon - our flight was 01.15 - they held our bags, gave us facilities to shower and change in the evening and sorted car for the airport.

The location was fantastic but the staff were truly exceptional. They all went above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Jack and others were very attentive. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Pros:

Convenient location with various michelin restaurants within walking distance. The staff made the whole experience a wonderful stay. Jack Duong the GM leading by example with an excellent crew, Abby, Roy and all the front desk staff.
