The hotel was a very warm and welcoming place. The staff were extremely friendly especially those in the breakfast room. We were also very appreciative of their ability to look after our luggage while we visited Halong Bay.
The rooms were comfortable with all the required facilities, comfortable beds and plenty of room.
Be aware that some of the rooms have a shower/bath setup.
We had an excellent stay with amazing service! We arrived very early in the morning after a overnight bus and they kindly let us use a shower and store our luggage until check. Can definitely recommend!

The people there are very professional, very kind and very helpful!
The location was perfect, the rooms very clean and the staff was amazing. Specially Grace made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast was amazing aswell, best we had in Vietnam.
Thank to manager Camellia we had excellent time in Hanoi. Camellia found very nice private boat trip and helped with everything we asked for. She really made this little boutique hotel pleasant place to stay.
