A nice variety at breakfast with buffet and speciality made to order items. Small but adequate pool with roof top bar. Massages and other treatments at the spa were awesome. Great stay.

This was our 8th visit to Hanoi and after staying in many different hotels over the years, we can honestly say that we have never experienced hospitality like this before.
The hotel itself is excellent, with an absolutely comfortable room, a great location and everything you need for a pleasant stay. However, what truly makes this hotel special is its outstanding staff.
We would especially like to thank Mr. Hung Quan, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His kindness, professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care for guests are remarkable. He was always ready to help with a smile and made us feel welcome.
Every member of the team was friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. It is rare to find such dedication and passion for guest service.
After eight trips to Hanoi, this has been one of our most memorable hotel experiences. We highly recommend Grand Hotel du Lac and will definitely return on our next visit to Hanoi.

The best thing about this place is the service. I fell sick from the weather pretty soon into my trip, and every staff I met asked about my wellbeing (and kept me supplied with loads of ginger tea). Special shout out to Abby and Erin and the guy who recommended sugarcane juice for my throat (sorry I couldn’t get your name!)

Das freundlichste Personal und ideale Lage, direkt in der Altstadt. Tolles Frühstück mit Blick auf die Kathedrale von Hanoi. Das ganze Team war so aufmerksam und wir bekamen eine VIP Behandlung.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel du Lac on our honeymoon. Brilliant hotel in a great location in the old quarter with amazing staff. Very special shoutout to Mr. Hong Quan who went above and beyond to ensure we made it to the airport for our flight as we were unable to get a taxi due to road closures. Extremely grateful!

Liked · Μείναμε συνολικά 7 βράδια, 3 διαφορετικές φορές. Εχουμε πάει στο Βιετνάμ 12 φορές τα τελευταία χρόνια. Πρώτη φορά τόσο εντυπωσιασμένοι. Κρεββάτια πολύ αναπαυτικά, ησυχία αν και είσαι στο ιστορικό κέντρο, κλασσική διακόσμηση, ποιοτικό πρωινό (Jamon ολόκληρο μπούτι!), καλή πίεση στο νερό στα μπάνια, τοποθεσία κεντρική, Φαγητό στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου πολύ καλό. Προσωπικό φανταστικό. Εξυπηρέτηση απίστευτη. Ειδικά ευχαριστώ στο Γενικό Διευθυντή Τζακ (Jack). Φανταστικός άνθρωπος!! Μας βοήθησε πολύ με πληροφορίες και συμβουλές για το υπόλοιπο κομμάτι του ταξιδιού μας. Κάθε φορά που γυρίζαμε απο μια βόλτα ή απο ένα ξαξίδι σε άλλες πόλεις νοιώθαμε ότι γυρίζαμε στο σπίτι μας... Ευχαριστούμε όλο το προσωπικό που έκανε το ταξίδι μας αξέχαστο!!!
