Great location and friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Staff were all so friendly amd helpful. They helped me sort a sim card, helped us with our safe, then let us leave our bags and shower after checkout before getting a sleeper bus. We really enjoyed our stay, the location was very central, 8min walk to the lake and right by old quarter so we walked everywhere during our stay. Breakfast was nice too, a good buffet and also option to order cooked eggs. The room was great too, and we were kindly offered an upgrade to a bigger room.
We would highly recommend if you want somewhere we'll located and friendly to stay in Hanoi
