Cons:

Очень уставший отель : крайне старая мебель и ремонт, грязные стены, старая и поломанная сантехника, вентиляция не работает в полную силу.

All the staff were helpful and friendly-highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and neat— everything is accessible. The Staff were welcoming and helpful; especially Hoang Thi Tam. Tam was kind and assisted us in booking our tour on such a short notice. During our stay, my family and I felt at home. Thank you to Nguyen Phuong Huy for showing us the best places to visit and guiding us to our pick up point. Thank you for finding us our private transfer to Sapa.

Cons:

It was frustrating that the television in my room was broken.
