Khách sạn mới, phòng sạch sẽ, rộng, thoáng. Có tiệc trà chiều miễn phí rất đáng trải nghiệm, hồ bơi nước nóng đẹp, sạch và nước hồ bơi rất trong. Nhân viên từ lễ tân, dọn phòng, phục vụ, bellman đều dễ thương, thân thiện, và nhiệt tình, giúp đỡ mọi lúc khi tôi cần. Tôi xin cảm ơn đội ngũ nhân viên khách sạn ở đây vì đã cho gia đình tôi 1 kì nghỉ tuyệt vời. Nếu có cơ hội, tôi sẽ quay lại và lựa chọn Goldient.

_ Wifi kết nối không được mượt mà, lúc được lúc không.
_ Các món ăn cho bữa sáng chưa được đa dạng.
_ Thang máy để đi đến các tầng như sảnh chính, hồ bơi, khu ăn sáng, phòng gym hơi phức tạp.
_ Tôi có 2 buổI trải nghiệm trà chiều thì trong đó có 1 ngày là chè đậu đỏ. Chè rất ngon nhưng lại không được nóng, nếu là chè nóng với thời tiết se lạnh sẽ hợp lý hơn.

Càng ngày càng tệ!
Pros:

Khách quen quay lại nhưng lần này tôi sẽ từ bỏ KS này.

Cons:

Hồ bơi nước chỉ hơi ấm chứ không phải ấm (lần đầu tôi đến nước ấm chuẩn 38 độ còn bốc khói nhẹ nhẹ vào không khí trên mặt hồ rất đáng trải nghiệm). Giờ thì chỉ ấm nhẹ!
Vị trí tệ, trong phòng không có kết nối sóng đt, mất sóng liên tục.
Tôi ở đây 3 đêm nhưng nhân viên không thay grap giường dù đã có nhờ lễ tân nhắc thay. Vẫn thấy tóc trên giường khi tôi quay lại phòng sau khi nhân viên buồng phòng đã dọn.
Check out chậm chạm, kiểm phòng sơ sài, báo mất dép trong phòng dù tôi để lại đủ 3 đôi ngay trên sàn phòng! Không vào phòng kiểm tra đã báo mất và làm trễ giờ check out. Tôi phải cùng lễ tân quay ngược lên phòng kiểm tra. Quá phiền. Sau đó nhân viên lễ tân không có 1 tiếng xin lỗi hay báo lại phòng đã ổn. Chờ tôi gằn giọng hỏi phòng kiểm xong chưa thì mới báo xong rồi.
Nhân viên nhà hàng không để ý có ruồi nhặng bâu vào đĩa thức ăn quầy line buffet sáng.
Quản lý KS nên xem lại cách vận hành và quản lý! Ks không còn giữ đc phong độ như những ngày đầu. Càng ngày càng tệ.

Perfection!
Pros:

The staff were warm, friendly and eager to please. The facility was clean and elegant. The room a beuatiful and cozy delight. Truly, the best Hotel I've stayed in.

Pænt og rent. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Cons:

Det meget små ting, men deres kaffe til om morgenen var virkelig ringe, nu vi har vænnet os til Vietnams meget lækre kaffe.
Vi havde en kæmpe lækker balkon, men manglede stole og et lille bord til at kunne sidde ude og nyde det dejlige vejr.

Pros:

My family enjoyed the stay at Goldient very much. The location is close enough to the city centre but at the same time a quieter bit of town which was what we came to Dalat for. The staff was polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean, with plenty of facilities and good view. Breakfast had good options and the afternoon tea was a nice bonus.

The hotel has lovely garden, beautiful room, nice bed and close to bus station. Welcome fruit basket and fresh flowers a beautiful touch. Breakfast was great and different for the 2 days we were there. A beautiful welcoming place, I’d love to stay again the next time we’re in Dalat

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was immaculate and quiet although it was busy. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Cons:

The bed was quite firm as mentioned by others although a topper was offered we managed ok.
The hotel was a 25minute walk from the city area and we struggled to find anywhere to eat locally to the hotel.
