Le personnel est adorable, chacune des personnes rencontrées a été chaleureuse et attentive à notre bien-être. C'était très agréable. L'hôtel est bien équipé, la chambre agréable et la literie confortable.

The location of Amy was perfect to access all the nearby restaurants on the walking street & a short stroll to the river.. exceptionally clean & amazingly friendly staff.. our room had a kitchenette which we didn’t really use but it was great having the washing machine, Shower was always hot & pressure was good
.breakfasts were included & were very enjoyable.
All trips were organised for us by Mai who was exceptionally good.. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

Great location. Walking distance to everything you need. About a 15 min walk to the Truong Tien Bridge.
The apartment was awesome having a little kitchenette & washing machine too.
Breakfast was super nice, freshly prepared & cooked for you.
Staff were all so friendly & helpful.

Amy Hotel & Apartment Hue – Review

Overall impression:
A well-located apartment-style stay with genuinely friendly staff, but a few comfort and maintenance issues took the edge off what could have been a great experience.

What we liked:
The reception staff were wonderful—consistently friendly and helpful. The location is excellent: very central to cafes and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet lane, which made it feel more relaxed. The air conditioning worked very well, which was essential in the Hue heat. Having a washing machine and a small clothesline on the balcony was also a big plus for a longer stay.

Good to know:
We experienced a six-hour power outage during our stay, which affected the whole area (not the hotel specifically), but it did mean seeking out air-conditioned spaces elsewhere. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Would we return?
Possibly, for the location and friendly staff—but only if the maintenance and privacy issues were addressed.

The staff are amazing. So hospitable and are like rays of sunshine. The location is great- all the main areas for food, drinks, gym are close by. The beds are comfortable and vv clean. The breakfast was vv tasty. We were to only stay 2 nights but extended for 3 more due to the location and amazing staff. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and polite employees, Mai was great - nice and approachable. Rooms are spacious, clean, with a comfy bed and a good aircon.
