Pros:

Отличное местоположение, вежливый, доброжелательный персонал, завтрак вкусный.

Cons:

Шумный номер,нет звукоизоляции на окнах. Для меня лично очень высокие подушки

Sweet and caring staff
Pros:

Perfect location in the Old Quarter. Will definitely comeback
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good AC, perfect location but what I will reember most is the people here. I arrived late at 11pm and the night receptionist was still so welcoming. The next morning, the showed me so many nice cafes and foods. I feels like staying with family, not a hotel.

Pros:

Staffs were helpful and super friendly. Q had packed our breakfast to go because we needwd to leave early in the morning.

The bed is a little soft for me and the towels are not as new.

Kind and attentive staff
Pros:

Staff is the best part of this hotel. Everyone is incredibly kind and attentive. I was new to Hanoi and Lee at the reception spent time planning my itinerary with me, with zero pressure to buy anything. Anytime I needed something, they were there. I booked a cao Bang 3 day tour and a 2 days 1 night Lan Ha Bay cruise right at the hotel. They explained all the options very clearly . The tours were exactly as promised, great guide, good food, no extra fees. So convenient it saves your time searching online.

Hanoi is such a beautiful and energetic city, The Sono Hanoi reflects the charm of this city.
Pros:

The hotel is ideally placed in the old quarter, the staff courteous and knowledgable, the rooms beautiful and clean, the facilities amazing. The room service is spot on and the breakfast is great.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The alarms going off even if for a short time each evening or early morning disrupted my sleep. I understand accidents happening but it happening at least three times during my stay means that something isn’t working properly or it’s too easy to set off.

Pros:

Everything was fine for one night. It was quite clean and breakfast was a generous buffet. The price was okay and staff were very kind and professional. Don't expect too much, it's Ha Noi old quarter and not a hotel you come to, to relax and unwind since it is loud and busy. But it is conveniently located especially as stop between tours since a big bus can park in the road. All in all completely fine for what we needed. We stayed one night and I think this is perfect for that.

Idéalement situé dans la vieille ville, l’hôtel assure un accueil 24h24h avec un personnel à l’écoute et parlant très bien anglais.

Cons:

Gros point noir : le petit déjeuner!!!! Arrivés en fin de service, la cafetière est sale,avec un goût horrible, les jus sont des concentrés pas frais, un manque d’hygiène certain est à déplorer!
Et malheureusement, une mauvaise insonorisation et des clients très bruyants et peu respectueux des autres!

Cons:

ドライヤーがつかなかった。ハノイの土地柄仕方ないのかもしれないが、靴を脱いで過ごしていたので床が少しざらつくのが気になった。

Such a lovely mini hotel! The staff is the highlight - super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. From check-in to check-out they made me feel at home. I booked my Ha Long bay and Ninh Binh tours directly at the hotel, they gave me honest advice and a much better price than online. Everything was well-organized and on time
