The Sono Hanoi Hotel

It's a budget hotel but staff were very friendly & helpful. They went our of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Easy to book tours at the hotel. Good arrangements.

It's a small hotel in the old quarter. Perfect location and cheap. Nice breakfast. Staff were respectful and kind. They booked the train to Da Nang or us. Amazing service.

We like our stay at the Sono hotel. Bed is very comfortable. I really like their soft bed. All the staff were attentive and helpful. They recommended for us many restaurants, cafes and they also helped us to book a trip to Tam Coc. I enjoyed the different caves and bamboo boat ride. Should try!

The staff are wonderful

Perfectly positioned for walking in the old quarter. Staff are friendly and kind. I like chatting with them. I returned after the trip to Halong bay, Sapa & stayed with them for 3 times. Their arrangement for tours was very good. The scenery of Ha long bay and Sapa are amazing!

Staff are so nice. Also the breakfast is very good, had decent veggie options as well.

Area is good for getting around Hanoi.

The Sono hotel is in a perfect location. Beds are soft and comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They contacted us before arrival and helped us to arrange airport pick up and tour to halong bay. Our flight was delayed for 1 hour but driver still waited for us. Our tour guide on cruise was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cruise was clean, big and nicer than expected.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We came early, we could leave our luggage at the hotel and they called me our whatsapp when the room is ready. We could check in 2 hours earlier. They also arrangde the trip to Sapa for us. The trek was so fun. Highly recommend.

The friendly staff at the Sono hotel really made our stay lovely and we felt very well looked after. They always asked if we had a nice day and talked with us such as friends. We asked them to arrange our tour to Cao bang. The waterfall view and the god’s eye mountain are worth to do.

Superbe accueil dans cet hôtel très bien situé au nord du quartier Hoan Kiem. Permet de faire beaucoup de visites à pied. Nous avions une chambre avec fenêtre donnant sur cour, au calme malgré la situation de l’hôtel dans une grande rue. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et sont prêts à fournir toute l'aide nécessaire, voire même des excursions. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Bonne adresse !

The location of the Sono hotel is conveniently located near Dong Xuan market in the Old Quarter. We could walk everywhere. Their staff are outstanding. They helped us to get a sim card and showed us where to go. Our trip to Ninh binh was arranged by them after 5 minute talking! Amazing! highly recommend!
