Pros:

Everything was perfect. Most of the Staff was English-speaking which is a rarity in Vietnam.

ES gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Super Ort um abzuschalten, waren sehr zufrieden mit allem.
Pros:

Super toller Ort umzingelt von der schönen Natur. Waren super zufrieden. Hatten zwar einen kurzen Aufenthalt vor Ort aber waren von der Hygiene und den Räumlichkeiten super zufrieden. Man hätte nichts besser machen können. Man hat in jedem Detail gesehen wie viel Gedanken man sich gemacht hat. Sehr liebevoll und gemütliche eingerichtet. Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. In der obersten Etage gab es ein Restaurant bei der wir auch sehr zufrieden waren Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön. Haben beim auschecken auch regionale Bio Nudeln bekommen :)

Super hospitable and welcoming stay in a less touristy part of Hanoi
Pros:

The staff here provides amazing hospitality - and the spa aspect is both highly visible and appreciated. The onsite cafe is excellent with great food and drinks, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is pretty good.

Cons:

Views from the room are not exactly flattering, but that is mostly out of the control of the hotel. It can get a little bit noisy outside at night.

Sauberes, schönes Hotel in einer Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt.
Pros:

Wir waren 3 Mal in dem Nesta Hotel & Spa. Jedes Mal war es sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben ein Zimmer Update bekommen, war auch wirklich angenehm war.
Das Frühstück war ganz solide und hat auch geschmeckt.
Durch die Lage eher etwas außerhalb ist es angenehm ruhig auf den Zimmern. Es gibt ein Klima System, sodass man nicht die Klimaanlage die ganze nach hört.
Falls wir nochmal nach Hanoi kommen, würden wir das Hotel nochmal nehmen.

Alles war super.

Phòng sáng, đẹp

Cons:

Phòng cách âm ko được tốt, nhân viên dọn dẹp vệ sinh nói chuyện khá ồn ào trong lúc dọn dẹp phòng lân cận, ảnh hưởng đến khách còn đang nghỉ ngơi trong phòng.

Angenehm, ruhig. Und immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt. Etwas ruhiger und sehr angenehm. Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten nach einer Fahrt im Nachtzug von Sapa nach Hanoi gefragt, ob wir eher ins Zimmer können, da wir sehr geschafft waren.

Wir konnten das Zimmer um 11:00 beziehen und hatten eine super Erfahrungen.

Wir haben insgesamt 4 Nächte im Hotel verbracht mit drei unterschiedlichen Buchungen.

Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

少し奥まった所に有るので、静かで、排ガスなども臭わない。団体客が多い割にはロビーも静かで混雑していない。

Cons:

スタッフは愛想が無く、スマフォを触っているスタッフが多い。掃除スタッフは、枕銭を置いても、備品のサプライには不備が多い。建物などの設備が良いだけに、残念に思った。

Amazing place to stay and close to all shops.
Pros:

Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Staff is very very helpful and they went out of the way to arrange our daily trips, very informative. Very cosy hotel. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Breakfast after 9.30am was limited.
