Pros:

The property is central, close to every major attractions, restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious, clean and has everything that I may need. Even though the hotel is on a busy street, the rooms are perfectly soundproof without any disturbance. The staff members are absolutely helpful and kind! When I am in Hanoi, would stay here again and would recommend you do too!

Helpful hotel staff members
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and kind during our stay. They helped with the transport to the airport and are very responsive whenever we messaged them before we arrived. We had some problems with our room on the first night and they did all they can to help us solve it and eventually changed us to a new room when it was available. The location is convenient and near beer street if that’s what you’re looking for.

Cons:

there’s nothing i didn’t like. it was a short stay.

Recommend to first time visitors who like to be close to beer street, night market and shopping. I enjoyed my stay here
Pros:

My experience at this property was good. Lyn was exceptionally kind and so helpful. She ensured I was comfortable and took care of any issue that I had. She’s a great host and very reliable. I was always able to get in touch with her and she would respond in time.

Mey helped me with good recommendations on how to start my day and also good options for vegetarian food.

The location and some of the staff.
