Great value for money.
Pros:

Second place I stayed at in Hanoi and it was a pleasant experience. Staff were friendly & attentive. The location of the place is within a walking distance to most things we wanted to visit. And for attractions that we needed to hire Grab for, it was super cheap from this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing really, it was a good experience.

The location is excellent and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were quite well insulated from outside noise, which was great. However, the doors are very thin, so we could hear almost every person talking or walking in the hallway. This was particularly noticeable in the evening and early morning, and unfortunately, it woke us up several times.

Amazing hotel that comes with top service (Danny)
Pros:

Such an amazing hotel. Danny (reception) was awesome and very helpful, his English is as good as a native speaker. Overall a 10/10 hotel for its price, location and quality.

Vanuit hotel sta je direct in het oude drukke gezellige centrum. In het hotel merk je hier helemaal niets van.

Cons:

Ontbijt had wat weinig keuzes maar is verder prima.
Optie met balkon viel tegen, geen stoelen om op balkon te zitten.

Kies niet voor 8e verdieping omdat keuken en restaurant er boven zitten en smorgens al druk bezig zijn

Przemiły i bardzo kompeteny personel, dba o klienta. Świetnie zorganizowany pokój, mimo, ze hotel ma bardzo wąską przestrzeń pomiędzy sąsiednim budynkami. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. To moje ulubione miejsce na przyszłe wizyty w Hanoi. Polecam!!!
