Great location, very comfortable, good value
I expected something better from this place. It was just good. Brrakfast could be better. Oveall not bad.
Casa dos staff were super friendly and accommodating, location was in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter and was walking distance away, facilities were clean and comfortable, would stay here again!
We arrived at midnight after plane delays and Danny on reception welcomed, registered us and got us into our room quickly and efficiently. The room was just beautifully presented and the bed as extra comfortable. Rain shower was perfect. We only had the one night so after a lovely breakfast we checked out. Danny was on shift again and could not have been more helpful and organised us a taxi making sure we got the correct one. It’s a delightful venue in the older (interesting) part of Hanoi and we thoroughly recommend it.

Ночью над потолком бегают какие то живности, думаю это либо крысы, либо обезьяны. Было очень страшно и неприятно.

On peut louer un scouter via l'accueil ou changer des euros ou dollars
Le personnel est super et de confiance, on y a également laissé nos valises toutes la journée jusqu'à 23h sans problème

The property is very conveniently located, right in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. You are at a walking distance to everything. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially from Mey, who was very friendly and helped us a lot when my wife left her insulin in the fridge of our room. She made sure it was kept in the fridge until we came to get it. Thank you !

The breakfast was not great. It felt like an after thought for the hotel and didn't have a lot of selection.
