This place gave us those warm vibes as when you're staying at mom's home. Everything was thoroughly clean (I'm saying this as someone who pays attention to every tiny detail), the breakfast always fresh and prepared with love, the lovely ladies that played with our toddler, the early morning we checked out and they prepared us some breakfast on the go, so we don't get hungry to the airport...
We stayed here for 9 nights and it felt so short that we're already thinking about coming back soon for sure. The location is very convenient, not far from the city centre, but very quiet at the same time. Thank you for the hospitality!
The owner has to be the most hospitable and has a great attention to detail. From the presentation of breakfast to the cleanliness of the property everything is excellent. The location means it’s a very short walk to the old town and just outside of the area to keep it peaceful.

Finally a comfortable bed and good working airco! Also the staff was very helpful and rooms werr very clean. The indoor pool is not as hot as normal outdoor pools so it was very refreshing.
The location is not the best, it’s a 15-20 min walk to the centre. There are many other places in the centre but they aren’t close to being as comfortable. Also it was an only cash payment.(this may change though)
We had a wonderful stay at the Mint Hoi An villa. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fantastic, made fresh to order every day and was beautifully displayed. The room was a great size. The location was perfect only 5-10 min walk to the main centre. Amazing value for money.
I found a few hairs in my room and a stain on the curtain. It was quite noisy in the mornings as I think there was a service happening next door to the hotel

Hôtel familial de 6 chambres,le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour vous aider et vous donner de bon conseil,l'hôtel est bien situé pas loin du centre ville et a la fois au calme,on peut tout faire à pied,la chambre est parfait,le petit déjeuner est incroyable avec un grand choix tout le matin,un grand merci à notre hôte qui a rendu notre vacances encore meilleur

L'emplacement est idéal pour ne pas être en plein centre ville mais juste à quelques pas.
L'hôtel est très bien tenu, propre avec une bonne isolation phonique, la clim' efficace.Un petit déjeuner copieux à la carte.
