Super emplacement. Service au top. Belles chambres.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé. Bien décoré. À taille humaine. Le personnel adorable et au petit soin pour les conseils et réservations. Le petit déjeuner délicieux. La piscine est très sympa. Nous avions deux belles chambres sur l’arrière très calmes. Vraiment super hôtel et bonne expérience à Hanoi.

Cons:

Les chambres sur l’avant sont plus bruyantes.

Very enjoyable, great location and good value - we will recommend it to others.
Pros:

The bed was amazingly comfortable and they upgraded us to a very spacious room with a lovely bathroom. All amenities are provided, including hair conditioner and spare toothbrushes, which not all hotels offer. The location is great and on a main road so it is very easy to locate. We could walk to many tourist places and easily get a taxi for those further away. The sky bar has nice views over the old quarter and it didn’t matter that we couldn’t see the lake as it was nearby anyway. All the staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

Cons:

The swimming pool is really quite tiny and doesn’t look as good as it does in the pictures so we didn’t use it. After learning that Vietnamese coffee is sweet the first day, we ordered an espresso without sugar on our second day but it still tasted sweet so maybe the coffee beans are not to a European taste. This is not the hotel’s fault, however, and is just part of travelling and learning about other cultures.

L’emplacement est très central. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien décorées. Hotel à taille humaine. Le service est parfait. On nous a assisté pour nos excursions / réservations. Grande gentillesse du personnel. La piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Nous avions des chambres sur l’arrière très calme. Je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel.

Coffee shop down the hotel is really nice.

Cons:

Small rooms, very close to each other, so we hear everything and everyone.
Swimming pool is really small.

Pros:

Gentilezza dello staff, posizione super centrale, possibilità di avere diversi servizi.

Cons:

È soggettivo, ma avendo riservato la stanza senza finestra le luci erano troppo basse in camera non si vedeva niente. La piscina è piccolina ma carina.

Hotel tres bien situé proche du lac hoan kiem
Pros:

Super hotel situé a proximité du lac Hoan Kiem et du centre historique.
Chambre propre et lumineuse.
Excellent petit déjeuner tres varié (spécialités vietnamiennes, viennoiseries, fromage, charcuterie,...).
La piscine sur le toit offrant une jolie vue sur la ville .
Personnel agreable aux petits soins.
Merci a Helena pour sa gentillesse.

La piscine ferme relativement tôt (18h).

Outstanding - highly recommended
Pros:

Perfect location (walk to everything), clean and well appointed rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with loads of options, fantastic pool with amazing view of the city, amazingly quiet rooms considering the location. Could not fault this hotel. Stayed there twice, recommended to friends (excellent experience also) will be back.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.
