Great location in a quieter part of the old town with beautiful decor.
Pros:

Fantastic location, beautiful decor and exceptional staff. Our premium room was well appointed. Breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

Slight issue with the shower that flooded the bathroom each time.

Loved the location and being able to step straight out to into the heart of everything.
Considering it was a busy street once inside it was very nice and peaceful.

Beautiful French hotel located in a great spot and close to awesome restaurants.
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel to stay in. Clean, perfectly presented, great location and lovely staff. Helena on reception was a gem. Very helpful and informative about the area, restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Only thing was the pool. No overhead covering and only 3 chairs by the small pool.

French Provincial charm with warmth. We loved Hanoi, the people, the culture and food.
Pros:

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff are amazing. Thank you Helena and your staff for making our first trip to Hanoi something we will always remember.

Pros:

Great breakfast. Gave us a takeaway breakfast n the day we had to leave early.
We ate in the hotel restaurant - good was delicious and not overpriced

Bem localizado , funcionários muito simpáticos e camas confortáveis .
Pros:

Todo o hotel tem um look vintage, mas muito bem cuidado e mantido.
A simpatia dos funcionários é um dos pontos máximos .
Camas confortáveis.

Cons:

O que mais detestamos foi :
o isolamento , não conseguir dormir pois ouve se tudo desde vizinhos a recepção , campainha a tocar às tantas da manhã impossibilitando o descanso .
E no regime de meia pensão os menus são fracos , apesar do pequeno almoço ser muito bom .
