The little boutique hotel is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable! The breakfast has a limited selection but good enough. The on site gym has only 2 treadmills, 2 bicycle machines, and some dumbbells with heaviest 30kg. The pool with a depth of 1.4M has two in water lounge chairs and a few more regular lounge chair, with nice city view, great for relaxing after a hot & humid summer day. There's a delicious BBQ restaurant and 2 laundry services nearby. The hotel is suggested to provide a simple map with bicycle route to the Old Town. We didn't know it's that easy to go to Old Town on bike until later. We really enjoyed the biking along the river side and avoided main street traffic. Grab to town is very cheap, about $1.5 from the hotel. Walking to town is another option but we felt too hot to walk. Hoi An Old Town is such a lovely place! Little Gem is located in a quiet area. Coconut basket boat ride and lantern release are the must do activities, and not too far by car.
We arrived at the check in time but our room was not ready until about an hour later. The shower was draining a little slow. Though not the hotel's fault, the river right in front of the hotel needs a good cleaning, or good local education so no one dumps garbage in the river. If the river cleaning was improved, the room view would be nicer.

Everything! Beautiful designed and decorated, rooms are gorgeous, buffet breakfast delicious, great location! This was our second stay and we were just as impressed as the first time we stayed!

A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, including a large rooftop swimming pool, comfortable beds, and a superb breakfast buffet. The hotel was extremely generous, with many extras included in the price (at least during our three‑night stay): complimentary one‑way private airport transfer, one afternoon tea/wine set, and a free foot massage. They also offer many bicycles free of charge, which we used frequently.
As frequent travellers, we have rarely experienced a General Manager (Ms. Mia) who was so hands‑on and attentive to every guest, from early morning until late evening. Her professionalism and thoughtful follow‑up made a remarkable difference and contributed to a fantastic stay for our entire family. A minor issue — caused by other guests, not the hotel — was resolved quickly and professionally, to our full satisfaction. We would be truly delighted to return.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Well maintained, very clean, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. And an amazing buffet breakfast. Having a roof top pool was such an added bonus at Hoi An is very hot in July.
It is just slightly out of town but that made it quieter, and it is still easy to get in with a bike or taxi.
The rooms were beautiful, modern but charming decor, very comfortable beds. Great location just outside of the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk into the old town. Pool was really nice, cocktails were fab!! Nice breakfast with lots of options and lovely staff.
My only complaint is that the bathroom floor was a little bit dirty, the rest of the hotel was very clean though

Chloe and staff were amazing. The room was a great size, the whole atmosphere of the motel we loved.
Wished the pool was open later at night. By the time you eat out or finish your activities for the day then eat, it would have been great to have swim to end the day but was too late as was closing. Shower could do with a scrub, but I am a clean freak.
