Tôi rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm tại khách sạn. Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ, không gian thoải mái. Đặc biệt, các bạn lễ tân rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình và luôn hỗ trợ khách một cách chu đáo. Dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp khiến tôi cảm thấy rất được chào đón.

- Phòng không có dọn dẹp thay ga hàng ngày
- Lễ tân toàn nam nên cũng không niềm nỡ vui vẻ
- Giặt ủi không rõ ràng, báo giá 50k/kg có 2 bộ quần áo không được 500gr giặt xong không báo bao nhiêu kg không để giá tiền, lễ tân ca tối kêu khỏi trả tiền, tới lúc check out lấy 75k mình hỏi bao nhiêu kg mà lấy giá đó thì không trả lời được
- Bên cạnh có máy xúc làm việc nguyên đêm, ngoài ra máy lạnh phòng 202 không lạnh nữa hy vọng sẽ cải thiện

Cons:

Постельное белье было грязным. Скорее всего его не меняли, а просто перестелили. Были после ночного перелета, поэтому вырубились, подстелив свои пледы. Отзывы пишу редко, но постельное белье - это то что точно должно быть чистым.

С уборкой в целом особо не заморачиваются

La chambre est grande et à proximité de ma belle-famille c’est la seule raison pour laquelle nous n’avons pas changé d’hôtel

Chambre sale. Problème d’eau chaude 2 jours de suite. Personnel pas professionnel du tout.
