Pros:

We love the mountain view on our balcony. The breakfast is served on a plated basis. You just have to order max of 2 meals on their breakfast menu. You can also get fruits and drinks on the counter. This hotel is very modern. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. 9.5/10

Pros:

Had a beautiful view of the monorail and mountains. The room and bathroom is also big. Had a really great stay here. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

The water actually takes sometime to heat but it was explained by the staff after check in and they said that it was due to the weather in Sapa.

Pros:

Near the sapa center. Just walking distance to sun plaza. Rooms are clean. Beds are soft and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Elevator is a plus.

Overall we enjoyed our stayed with sapa yen hotel, the room and bed is cozy, well kept and the view is great. The staff are all excellent, polite and accommodating. We love Sapa Yen and everything about it, staff the place and the food🥰

Superb Hotel!
Pros:

Everything!
There was a hidden gem on this hotel and I was in awe when I found it out! I was so very amazed of the view at the back of the hotel. The special NOTE on the table is so sweer and thoughtful! I loved it!

Unfortunately, we just stayed 8 hrs due to time contraints 😅
But, we will come back in April 2027 and I already booked in advance.

Pros:

Aside from the great view from the famous funicular railway, the staffs were exceptionally accommodating, especially Luyen and the Mam restaurant staffs. We'll definitely book here again.
