Really enjoyed our stay at Sapa YEN Hotel. The highlight for me was definitely the view — watching the funicular pass by with the mountains and valley in the background was such a beautiful Sapa experience, especially when the weather cleared.
I also really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was good, and having a meal while enjoying that view made it even better. The location is convenient too, close enough to walk to the main area but still away from the busy streets.
Overall, a lovely stay with beautiful views, good food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’d happily stay here again.

The room where we stayed at was quiet, comfortable, and we had a good view of the train. We slept very well during the stay because it was not noisy even though it was in the area which is very popular among the tourists. ( Hoang Lien Street)
The staff were very nice and attentive to our requests and needs ☺️ The boutique smelled great and fresh.
Location was close to sun plaza and ATMs were available like Agribank near that area. They have mam restaurant and free breakfast is included. Bbq and hotpot is available to order for dinner. At times, we got tired from the tour so having a restaurant close to the hotel made it easier for us to just go down and have a meal after a long tiring day of trekking.
Overall, it was a good value for money and ideal to those who prefer a minimalist and sustainable room.

It has a pretty cafe/restaurant with a view of the monorail. The staffs are accommodating and helpful. They also have free snacks and drinks at the hotel lobby

Albergo in posizione ottima, vicinissimo a piedi al centro di Sapa.
Ci è piaciuto molto l'attenzione al risparmio energetico ed il minimalismo elegante dell' hotel.
Camera ad angolo al secondo piano era molto grande e con finestra con vista sul Fansipan e terrazzo su una strada.
La stanza era davvero luminosa.
Colazione con vista Fansipan, molto ricca e ben curata.
Tutto il personale molto disponibile, in particolare il ragazzo con gli occhiali al ricevimento, al quale va un nostro grazie speciale.
Ci è piaciuto davvero molto il piccolo rinfresco al ricevimento, che è sempre a disposizione degli ospiti.

This hotel shows incredible patient with me with all kinds of questions and help requests. They also offer transfer services from Hanoi airport to Sapa with very good price and driver. Hotel is very clean with amazing views and lovely breakfast. Definitely recommend to book accommodation from here.

Per 12,50 euro a testa a notte non mi aspettavo di più: le camere sono fedeli alle foto, alla reception c'è un piccolo buffet sempre disponibile con frutta, grissini e acqua saporita molto buona, il ristorante sotto all'hotel è valido, con una bellissima vista e decorato con bellissime ortensie. Ci tornerei!
Suggerisco di pulire bene le piastrelle, i battiscopa e i vetri delle camere in quanto sono ancora macchiati dalla vernice per avere un immediato migliore colpo d'occhio.
Le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sente qualsiasi rumore sia dal corridoio che dalle altre camere
