Phòng sạch . Nhân viên dễ thương . Nhưng ăn sáng đơn điệu . Ở mấy hôm vẫn như vậy . Mình đã ở đây mấy lần và bữa sáng ko có gì thay đổi .

Really nice experience, will be back for my next trip in Dalat!
Pros:

The service was so good, plenty of food to choose for the breakfast.

Cons:

The gym closes too early (at 10pm). It should open a little later after a long day enjoying the food tour in Dalat.

and it was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The room was cleaned perfectly, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived.

The location is excellent – close to everything while still being in a quiet and pleasant area, making it the perfect base for exploring da lat

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Tai, Yen, and Duong for their exceptional hospitality. They were always kind, welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel so special.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and will definitely stay here again when we return.

It was a pleasure stay, the staff were very nice and professional.
Pros:

1. Although it was a bit inconvenient to go up and down the basement to park my car, the car park at MerPerle was one of the best: clean and well-organized.
2. The staff are well-trained, professional, and nice.
3. It would be much better if there were a convenience store located inside the hotel (or near the hotel).

Cons:

1. The pillow was too soft for my personal preference.
2. It was a bit of a misunderstanding about the "hill view" and "city view": the hill view was noisier, while the city view was quieter. So I almost had to close the window all the time. This was my own fault for not contacting the property prior.
3. The toilet seat was a high-tech model equipped with a remote controller, while the air-con didn't come with a remote controller. If I wanted to change the AC temperature, I had to get up and get out of bed.

Pros:

Очень красивый и большой отель, его видно почти с каждой точки города. И поэтому вид из номера также впечатляющий. Красивые и чистые номера, потрясающий вестибюль, внимательный и приятный персонал, и великолепные завтраки - много фруктов, есть морепродукты, все свежее, чистое и сверкающее. Остались только позитивные воспоминания. Спасибо!

Vị trí tiện lợi, gần trung tâm, phòng sạch rộng thoải mái

Cons:

bữa sáng không được phong phú và ngon để tương xứng 5 sao.
Chất lượng chăn mền không được xịn, nhiều bụi mịn, cần hút bụi phòng thường xuyên không chỉ thay ga trải mền lại.
