飯店非常乾淨舒適！一位男性接待人員也非常親切英文講得很流利，重點是飯店服務人員知道我生日還給我一個生日蛋糕讓我驚喜落淚，飯店小而美，泳池也很好。我們一家人在這裡住得非常開心，連我愛乾淨的婆婆都對這邊讚譽有加！大家快來吧！

This is the most lovely clean friendly hotel in Hoi An. We visit it first with our teenagers 16 & 19 and then when they left home we came back as a couple to stay.
Why is this hor perfect, because it's hard to find good hotel in Vietnam. I love finding good hotels and with the scooters we visit some i had looked at from home, exited were we wanted to stay. All did not live up to the photos online. Pools ere

Cozy An hotel is just how they offer it online and more and it's just perfect place to stay in Hoi An. You can walk into the old town along the beautiful river 10 min.
Pool is clean. Good breakfast. Clean and big rooms. Amazing staff especially the girls in the reception.
The staff is so lovely. I had mentioned the beds was are for me, when we came back and checked in they had made the bed more soft. Details in making the best stay we could have.
We could have a swim in the pool late even i my which was lovely.

what you get. We stayed first in family rooms facing l the pool and then room 707 which was great rooms.

What a lovely little hotel! The staff are amazing, the facility is clean, the breakfast is fantastic. It was located about 10 minutes out of the craziness of the tourist throng and was lovely to return to for some peace and calm. It made the contrast so much greater and I really do feel sorry for contributing to the over tourism of this lovely little place. Hoi Ann should introduce a tourist tax and try to limit the numbers, it's just unpleasant at night and I feel sorry for the people who actually live there having to put up with all the rubber neckers!
The only reason I didn't mark the facilities as exceptional was the pool area which is lovely but a little small. People do 'mark' their spot with towels but the staff were pretty good at moving them. If a large group or a family were in it then it became a little noisy because of the available space. But it was still really good to have somewhere to cool off and the bar area was close by for happy hour!!
De locatie (wandelafstand Memory Land en oude stad), het personeel, het ontbijt en zeker de fruitsap bij het ontbijt.
Ze bieden gratis fietsen aan, geven 1 gratis vervoer naar Danang airport en 1 gratis cocktail per persoon per verblijf.
Het eten dat je namiddag of in de avond aan het zwembad neemt, kan beter. Het was zeker niet slecht maar kon beter.

我入住的603套房，在我晚上泡澡時發生浴缸中間有大約直徑30公分左右的一大片型橢圓型髒汙，沖洗沒有用，又擦拭了好幾分鐘，還是不乾淨，最後我放棄了泡澡。下圖的照片是已經擦過的樣子，原來更髒，但想到我不是花錢來洗浴缸的，最後就放棄了！

員工態度和善親切，服務及時，訂房時要求要安靜一點的房間，check in之後看到房間對面有房子在1施工，立刻跟員工反應，他們很乾脆的把我升到最高樓層view較漂亮而且安靜的房間。下次再回到會安的話，這是我首選的飯店，也會推薦給親朋好友。
早餐服務部的員工英文可能需要再加強一下
