It was a pleasant stay
Pros:

The staffs were very helpful and warm. The breakfast was pretty widespread. It was convenient to call grab and go to the places of interest. The massage was very good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

There were roasters from the neighborhood crowing at around 5am in the 2 nights we stayed. So we woke up really early, before the hotel started serving breakfast at 6.30am.

Nice relaxed stay. Everything in place.
Pros:

Staff was really helpful, location perfect, just few minutes from center of Hoi An and quiter area no noise during night. They even provided us with breakfast box, because of early check out. And they made me coffee at 6.00 AM, before even breakfast started.

A perfect 3 nights in Hoi An at Cozy An!
Pros:

This place ticked every box for us. Probably our best stay in 3 weeks in Vietnam. Excellent staff, facilities, breakfast, location. A winner.

Parfait à tous les niveaux
Pros:

J'ai passé huit nuits dans cet hôtel. J'ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel tout le long de mon séjour. Ils m'ont conseillé, expliqué, aidé, accompagné.... Tout était parfait: la chambre, le petit déjeuner, la situation proche de la vieille ville de Hoi An. Etablissement à recommander.

Insgesamt wirklich eine 10/10 für unseren Aufenthalt und würden wir jedem empfehlen!
Pros:

Absolutes Highlight unseres Trips! Der Ausblick war grossartig und die Einrichtung wie auf den Bildern. Definitiv eins der schönsten Hotels mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert!
Die Lage war super, da man nah genug am Gesehen war, aber noch genug Abstand vom Lärm hat. Fußläufig sind auch wirklich tolle Restaurants und Läden!
