Affordable , convenient and good location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

Great staff, very helpful. Central location. I forgot some luggage that was delivered to me in the airport by a Grab. Excellent service from the staff ❤️ so I didn’t lose my luggage and still was able to catch my flight. Comfy bed, clean room. Breakfast was so-so, and in another hotel, but basically it was okay.

Cons:

Rather worn facilities. Only partially lift to the room, but staff brought up the luggage so no big deal.
Shower with 15 L water heater had to be turned on manually. But it’s Old Quarter, has it’s charm. Coffee at breakfast was probably the weakest part of the breakfast, very weak, even to European standards.

Cons:

* The furniture is old and needs renovation.
* The bathroom has a persistent unpleasant smell, even when it hasn’t been used.
* The stairs are extremely narrow, making it difficult to move around.
* The elevator is very small and only starts from the first floor, which is inconvenient if you have luggage.
* The wardrobe was not properly cleaned. It still contained personal belongings from previous guests, including deodorant and other items.
* The street outside is very noisy throughout the day and even late at night, making it hard to rest.
* Breakfast is not served inside the hotel. Guests have to leave the building and walk to another location.
* The hotel’s main entrance is locked after 12:00 AM. If you return late, you have to knock on the door and wake up the receptionist to get inside.

A great stay with an excellent location, exceptional staff, and warm hospitality in the heart of Hanoi
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Silk Hanoi Moment Hotel & Spa and were especially impressed by the outstanding staff. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. A special thank you to the reception team, especially the ladies on the morning and evening shifts and the gentleman who assisted guests during the late-night hours—they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay

Cons:

The only minor inconvenience was that guests need to go up one flight of stairs before reaching the elevator, which can be challenging when carrying heavy luggage. We also noticed a slight odor in the bathroom, possibly due to a plumbing or pipe issue. These were relatively small concerns and did not significantly affect our overall experience

Отличный отель за свои деньги, прекрасное расположение, весь движ рядом. Персонал приветливый, заботливый и бокс с завтраком с утра в поездку собрали и воды с собой дали. Рекомендую

Пора делать ремонт, особенно в ванной комнате.
Pros:

Расположение. Убираются хорошо. Хороший завтрак в соседнем здании на очень интересной улице где можно увидеть самый настоящий Вьетнам.

Cons:

Я забронировала улучшенный большой номер с балконом. Номер и ремонт и особенно ванная комната очень старые. Видимо фото были сделаны очень давно. При входе в номер встречал неприятный запах из ванной.
Очень не понравилось что при выезде из отеля сотрудники хотели сами поставить себе оценку на букинге. Видимо поэтому у этого отеля высокий рейтинг.
Я не знаю какие другие отели в городе Ханой. Мне не с чем сравнить, но в других городах Вьетнама отели за такую цену намного лучше.
