An excellent well run hotel in a lovely location
Pros:

Superb staff. Quiet location. Pleasant gardens. Birds. Good clean pool. Nice selection at breakfast.
Pleasant room with good views over farmland.
Hoi Ann is clean unlike many Vietnam places!

Cons:

One tiny criticism is the morning coffee. Weak European coffee in a heated container. In Vietnam, please serve fresh Vietnamese coffee as required. More work sadly, but necessary!

Pros:

The breakfast had good vegetarian options. The room was comfortable, but decor is a little dated. It was fine for the price. Nice swimming pool area.

Cons:

The rooms felt like they could use a refresh - it felt a bit old, but it was comfortable and fine overall. The lock on our door wasn't functioning properly and we had to go to reception a couple of times so they could open our room.

Pros:

Great location out of the hassle. Use free bikes and go for a ride around rice paddies and shrimp farms.Dont plan a route just wing it. You go past old grave sites and little laneways etc. We found a cool cafe called Old Rice field coffee and brunch not far from resort. Town only a grab away. Great breakfast and staff fantastic.

Cons:

Needs more sun beds around the pool.

Amazing stay with great staff - best sleep ever!
Pros:

I like that it was nice and quiet in the countryside and yet super easy to get to the town, which is crazy busy.

Fantastic
Pros:

This is beautiful hotel. Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are so kind a really good to the customers. Nothing is too much trouble. Great location surrounded by paddy fields therefore nice a peaceful. Cant wait to return next year.

Pros:

Locations are not in the center of Hoi an. By bike 15-20 minutes to the center. It takes 5 minutes by taxi. Quietly. Great view of the rice fields. There is a place to work in a cafe with a laptop.

Pros:

Отель расположен в тихом месте, рядом рисовое поле. В номере было уютно и чисто. Персонал очень приветливый. Уборка каждый день. Вкусные завтраки. Можно взять велосипед напрокат.
