Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist nicht besonders groß, was wir gerade schön fanden, denn dadurch wirkt alles sehr gemütlich und persönlich.

Unser Zimmer war für uns vollkommen ausreichend, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber das unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Alle waren sehr höflich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Was uns besonders positiv überrascht hat: Beim Frühstück habe ich erwähnt, dass mir Käse fehlt, und gefragt, ob es vielleicht möglich wäre, welchen zu besorgen. Schon am nächsten Tag – und auch an den darauffolgenden Tagen – war tatsächlich Käse beim Frühstück vorhanden. 🥰 Das zeigt für uns, dass hier wirklich auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen wird und man sich Mühe gibt, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Auch die Lage des Hotels fanden wir sehr schön und praktisch. Insgesamt hat für uns einfach alles gepasst. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Swimming pool with view of the ricefields, breakfast and super friendly staff. Great we got bikes to explore the surroundings. Great massage at the hotel spa.

Pros:

The room is spacious with nice air conditioning. A nice big outdoor pool with deck chairs. Free bicycle use is available or a quick Grab ride to the old town or the beach. The breakfast is also very nice with lots of variety. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant meals were also fantastic. We had an awesome stay.

Cons:

Some extra deck chairs will be great when it gets busy at the pool. The restaurant menu could be displayed in the room.

Quiet & Close. Amazing Staff!

Lovely relaxing resort with a nice pool
Pros:

The staff were really nice and a pleasant place to relax or pop into Hoi An. Free bikes to use were handy and breakfast was tasty.
Rooms were clean with good views over the paddy fields.

Comfort, rust en prachtig uitzicht
Pros:

Mooi zwembad met prachtig uitzicht op rijstveld en palmbos. Mooie bar, echter weinig gebruikt door hotelgasten. Aan de receptie kon alles vlot geregeld worden, luchthavenvervoer, uitstap, snorkeltocht, wasservice, allemaal tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Op de voorziene fietsen voelden we ons niet zo veilig in het donker, maar een grab was snel geregeld. Zonder de kinderen zouden we gekozen hebben voor het huren van een brommer, dat lijkt me hier de beste optie.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet helemaal naar onze smaak.
