Pros:

Lovely experience. Kind staff. Yummy food. Beautiful property.

Cons:

The bathtub isn’t attached to the floor. Do when you walk to the back of the tub, expect it to move.

Pros:

Le personnel de l'établissement était très accueillant. L'hôtel étant légèrement excentré de la vieille ville c'était donc calme et relaxant avec une magnifique vue sur les rizières. J'ai passé un excellent séjour, je recommande cet hôtel !

Really great little place
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good - delicious omlette. The views from the rice fields are beautiful. Everyone was really nice too.

Cons:

If they had a proper coffee machine it would have been perfect.

Great people and great place!
Pros:

I am a returning customer, and Serene Nature is definitely a place that feels like home for me. I love all the people there and the place is great value for money and an amazing place to chill and rest outside of the centre. I highly recommend it if you want to have a calm, relaxing stay.

Pros:

Recommended if you want to escape from the city. The hotel is quite serene and surrounded with nature but location is a bit far from Hoi an old town (need grab/taxi to go).

Exceptional hotel with views of the rice fields with a 5 Star staff with beautful Vietnamese hospitality
Pros:

Can I say everything??!! It’s an exceptional hotel in the most peaceful setting in nature with cows and views of the rice fields. But what was even more exceptional was the beautiful staff here who made me feel so at home and welcome every single day. Please know all of the staff are amazing, I wish I knew everyone’s names, but a special shout out to Sally, Minh and Kelly at the front desk who would do anything to help their guests, and made me smile and laugh and feel so welcome, and to Hai and Chau, the amazing welcoming Bellman and Min with food and beverage who went above and beyond for me, and to the cleaning staff who led me to a beautiful towel bed display they created for me. Such beautiful hospitality in such a lovely clean hotel. The room, bathtub, balcony views and beautiful pool are amazing. I could go on and on….an exceptional experience I will always treasure, because of your beautiful staff. Thank you so very much!!!

위치도 괜잖고 시설도 괜잖았습니다. 친절했고요. 가족여행이여서, 그랩으로 여러대 이용해서 움직일려고 로비에서 왭 만지작 거리는데, 그것 보고 차량(15인승)을 예약해 주시고 문제 있으면 카톡으로 자기에게 연락 하라고 하셔서 편하게 이동했습니다(이동문제가 고민이였거든요. 정말 많이 감사했습니다).
조식은 종류가 많지는 않았지만 깔끔하게 준비 되였고요, 오물라이스나 쌀국수 주문하면 그때 조리해 주셨습니다.
친절해서 좋았습니다, 불편함이 없는지 살피고 있는 느낌.
일회용품등 비치 품은 모두 있고요 까운도 있습니다.
참고로 수영장에서 노는 것도 추천입니다..

아쉬운 점이라고 하긴 그렇고, 두째 날에 정전이, 일대가 모두 정전, 들어 왔다가 나갔다가 호텔측 문제가 아니고 지역 전력 망 문제였는데, 죄송하다고 마지막 날 공항샌딩서비스 무료로 해주셨습니다.

An excellent well run hotel in a lovely location
Pros:

Superb staff. Quiet location. Pleasant gardens. Birds. Good clean pool. Nice selection at breakfast.
Pleasant room with good views over farmland.
Hoi Ann is clean unlike many Vietnam places!

Cons:

One tiny criticism is the morning coffee. Weak European coffee in a heated container. In Vietnam, please serve fresh Vietnamese coffee as required. More work sadly, but necessary!
