Cet hôtel est l’un des meilleurs que nous ayons fait durant notre voyage en Asie !

L’hôtel est bien situé, au cœur des rizières, dans un cadre paisible et dépaysant mais également proche de la ville. Il suffit de prendre les vélos mis à disposition ou de prendre un taxi pour vous rendre en quelques minutes dans le centre de la ville.

Le personnel de cet hôtel est au petit soin et d’une très grande gentillesse !

Nous avons hâte de revenir séjourner dans cet hôtel !!

Pros:

Loved the location a little away from the town but still a short Grab car ride away. The premises offer serenity with rice fields and a little bit of everything for guests. The pool is very nice and relaxing.

Cons:

The bathtub/shower was beautiful but can be a little tricky to take a shower in. A bath would probably work better.

Wow, it's just an absolutely wonderful stay and one of my favourites since being in Vietnam. The highlight has to be the incredible staff working at the resort they go above and beyond to make your stay as smooth as possible. I decided to extend my stay from 4 to 8 days because the facilities were amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the pools and view are out of this world !
Thank you to all the staff at Serene nature boutique you made my stay an amazing experience! I will be returning and recommend this accommodation to everyone coming to hoi an :)

Pros:

A vista do hotel é bastante boa, fica mesmo em frente aos campos de arroz e o pequeno almoço é perto da piscina.

Cons:

Os funcionários apesar de simpáticos, têm falta de cuidado. Chegámos perto da hora de fechar o jantar, no entanto disseram-nos que ainda podiamos pedir a refeiçao, 5 minutos depois de escolhermos disseram que afinal já nao era possível e não apresentaram qualquer solução.
O cartão do quarto só abria a porta a terceira e apesar de saberem não o trocaram.

Pros:

Het hotel is mooi, de service is goed en de kamers zijn goed. Alleen de locatie is niet zo goed, omdat het ver van alles ligt. Je hebt eigenlijk steeds een taxi nodig om van de ene plek naar de andere te gaan.
