Chambre vieille, salle de bain minuscule. Odeurs dans la chambre. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Et climatisation dysfonctionnelle.
Nothing
Checked in and the toilet was clogged with water overflowing. No help available. As we checked in at 11:00pm, we had to go to bed without using the washroom.
Floor was dirty and very uneven.
No elevators and the room was located on 1st floor.

Less cleanliness. Coffe machine wasnt cleaned. Sink and toilets were chocked.

Il devrait avoir une petite machine à café dans les chambres, car le resto était fermé pour le déjeuné et nous étions en vélo, ça aurait été apprécié. Le personnel qui travail dans l'espace pour les draps etc ... le matin il parlait tellement fort entre eux, très désagréable quand tu dort encore.

Beautiful property right on Lac Moore. Friendly and accommodating staff, leaving me a small gift and balloons for my birthday, boat rentals, brand new rooms with comfortable beds, and incredible views of the lake!
Lake swimming opening later (after 10am) meaning we just have 1 hr until check out. Besides that, it was perfect!

Location is perfect, right on the bike trail, can walk to the village restaurants, beach, etc. staff were lovely. Room was clean. Mini fridge, microwave and couch were nice to have in the room.
The room had a double bed and we booked a queen. It was a little small for us and a bit uncomfortable. When checking in we were told that the beach was closed for swimming because there was no lifeguard, however we were offered paddle boards or kayaks to rent. The parking lot was very busy in the evening because of the restaurant at the base of the building. Furniture, carpeting and facilities all quite old and dingy, but clean.

Le circuit « formule 1 » juste de l autre côté du lac qui fait beaucoup de bruit. C est vraiment dommage.
Il manque un espace de partage pour rencontrer d autres voyageurs.
Emplacement magique au bord du lac et proche des attractions de Mont Tremblant et du Parc National. Les deux réceptionnistes auxquelles nous avons eu à faire étaient toutes les deux très accueillantes et de bon conseil. Très bel extérieur, hôtel simple mais propre et net.
Une bouilloire aurait été un petit plus ainsi que des consignes plus claires pour la baignade ou une pancarte pour signaler la fermeture de la plage.
