Le site. Les lits propres et confortables.

Cons:

La saleté : insectes écrasés sur mur et plafond, rideau de douche dégueulasse, tachés sur le tapis. Le prix demandé pour ça.

Belle vue, séjour agréable
Pros:

Personnel très agréable, location de canots et kayak pour accéder au lac.
Chambre propre avec vue sur lac agréable.
À 10min en voiture de la station de Mont Tremblant

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite, isolation phonique entre les chambres et le couloir à revoir.

Hay un detalle que quiero destacar, la cama está sobre una estructura de madera siendo muy fácil tropezar con los picos de madera de las esquinas, unido a que las habitaciones son pequeñas hace que la estancia sea un tanto incómoda

Our family enjoyed the amenities and beach nearby with canoe/kayak rentals. The family room was very nice and comfortable beds with nice linen and comforters..

Cons:

The room floor made noise when you walked, the room got little hot during the day and there was no sink to wash your dishes for family room

Pros:

The staff was very helpful. They found a room for us to store our bikes in. There was no elevator in our building, but one of the staff carried our luggage up when we requested help.
The restaurant on the premises was excellent.

Très mauvaise gestion et mauvais service à la clientèle.
Pros:

Le personnel du restaurant Bistro étaient bien

Cons:

La gestion de l’établissement par des travaux de rénovation dans l’auberge de 9h à 17h pendant la location de chambre, entretien de chambre qui réveille les clients à 8:30 le matin et l’entretien extérieur de travaux et tondeuse pendant que les clients essaie de se reposer et de profiter de la plage et chaises extérieures

Pros:

Chambre petite mais rénovée. La plage et embarcations. Le resto sur place excellent avec belle terrasse sur bord de l’eau mais dommage qu’il n’y est plus de déjeuners et fermé lundi et mardi.
