Soggiorno insufficiente
Pros:

Stanza simile ad un monolocale, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort. Letto e materasso comodi. Vicinissima alla metro ed al Parlamento.

Cons:

Personale inesistente. Avevo un problema con l aria condizionata che praticamente parte anche da spenta poiché presente un sensore di movimento ma nessuno lo ha risolto. Colazione minimale con prodotti di supermercato. Nulla di salato solo uova non si può definire assolutamente colazione intercontinentale. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni ma non si è mai visto in giro personale addetto alle pulizie o ai piani. Pulizia inesistente. Dicono ogni 3 giorni ma in 5 di soggiorno mai visto nessuno.

Pros:

Struttura al centro città vicino al Parlamento e ai mezzi di trasporto. Mini appartamento con cucina con tutti i comfort. Letto comodo.

Cons:

Personale inesistente e poco accogliente. Impossibilità di aprire le finestre in stanza. Aria condizionata automatica che se la spegni si riaccende in automatico anche di notte. Ho fatto presente la cosa alla reception ma non mi è stato risolto il problema e di notte faceva molto freddo pur essendo estate. Bagno piccolo con vasca/doccia fatiscente. Pulizia assente ci sono asciugamani quando arrivi ma praticamente quelli restano per tutto il soggiorno anche le lenzuola non vengono cambiate. Dicono ogni 3 giorni ma non abbiamo mai e dico mai visto nessuno che pulisse o sui piani che si dedicasse alla pulizia. Colazione praticamente da supermercato con l’addetta che inseriva prodotti da cartoni del supermercato non vi è nulla di salato e la macchina dei pancake era anche rotta. Sconsiglio vivamente come struttura in quanto non ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pros:

Toplocatie, prima bedden, ruime comfortabele kamer en goede faciliteiten in het hotel.

Cons:

Het ontbijt. Er was een zeer beperkte keuze. Maar wat er was was verder prima. Bestek (hout) en bordjes (papier) was allemaal wegwerp.

Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed

Cons:

- Not enough power outlets near the bed to conveniently charge devices.
- Very basic breakfast with mostly carb options and little to no protein. The wait for coffee was also quite long.
- Long waits for the elevators, especially during breakfast and checkout hours. At times, the wait was as long as 10–15 minutes.

The room was nice and had a large refrigerator in it

Cons:

The breakfast was sub par and the coffee looked like tea, you could read a book through the coffee at the breakfast area. They did have a kurig in the room and provided us extra pods which made a decent cup of coffee. Watch out for the billing because I was ddouble billed for my room. I am filing a complaint with both booking.com and the hotel because one of them owes me my money back. The person at the checkin desk told me he was just doing his job and would not credit my money back so charges are filed.
