Great hotel, would reccomend
Pros:

The variety of breakfast was good. The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. Very freindly and couldn't have done anymore for us.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, however was very busy and difficult to get to anything...we did go a little later that day so probably why. The lifts were a little slow at times, but no big deal. The property was probably a little further out than what we would have liked to make it closer to the main spot.

Kiváló nyaraló hely, mindenkinek ajánlom aki megteheti , hogy eljut oda.

Nagyon kedves személyzet , gyönyörű kilátás a tető teraszról . Isteni finom ételek , kedves kiszolgálás. Nagy választék a reggelinél és az egyik legfinomabb volt reggel Chung avokado szendvicse .
A masszázs szolgáltatás is kiváló volt pedig gondolkoztunk rajta, hogy igénybe vegyük -e hiszen kint sokkal olcsóbb ez a szolgáltatást de nem bántuk meg mert tényleg igazi spa élményben volt részünk és nagyon ügyes masszőrök dolgoznak . Az arc kezelés is amellett , hogy nagyon jó élmény volt és fantasztikus masszázs járt hozzá, nagyon jót tett a bőrömnek , érezhetően nagyon jó alapanyagokból dolgoznak .
Nagyon szívesen vissza mennénk ebbe a szállodába máskor is ‘

Pros:

It's clean and modern

Cons:

The location is terrible. The denang you see in pictures is further down. We ended up coping a penalty to cut short our booking and book somewhere else.
The are only a handful of deck chairs for a 20 something levels hotel.

الموظف Tyler لم يكن متعاون معنا من دخلنا قبل الكلام وهو ينظر لنا نظرات فيها استحقار بعدها قال بناء على طلبكم غرفتين في دور واحد غير متوفره تريدون انتظروا قلنا عادي طابقين مختلفين قال انتم طالبين غرفتين بسريرين كيار قلنا لا نريد غرفة بسريرين منفصله لأولادي قال سوف تنتظرون 4 ساعات علماً اننا وصلنا للفندق الساعة 2 .. اي غرفة في اي فندق في العالم لا تسلم الى الساعة 6 رضينا مجبرين ووضعنا شنطنا واضطرينا للخروج والعوده 6.. غير كذا الغرفة المطلة مزعجة بشكل غير طبيعي البايع الي في الشارع كانه في الغرفة من وضوح صوته وهو ينادي للشراء الاكل الخاص بهم عزل الغرفه سيء جداً خساره فيه 5 نجوم هناك فنادق افضل في المنطقه

الموقع ممتاز، فجميع الخدمات التي قد تحتاجها تقع على بُعد خطوات من الفندق.
الغرفة واسعة ومريحة، وتناسب الإقامة العائلية.
الإفطار جيد جدًا مقارنةً بمعظم الفنادق في فيتنام، ورغم أن الخيارات المناسبة للمسلمين محدودة كما هو معتاد، إلا أنه تتوفر بعض الأصناف المناسبة.
البلكونة والإطلالة من أجمل ما يميز الفندق، وكانت تجربة الاستمتاع بالمنظر رائعة.

The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away.
The room is spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast is very good compared to most other hotels in Vietnam. As is common in Vietnam, the selection of halal-friendly options is limited, but there were still a few suitable choices for Muslim guests.
The balcony and the view are absolutely stunning.

رغم أن الغرفة مخصصة لشخصين وطفلين، إلا أن تصميم الحمام المفتوح لا يوفر أي خصوصية، مما يجعله غير مناسب للعائلات.

التلفزيون يفتقر إلى التطبيقات الحديثة مثل Netflix وغيرها من منصات البث.

عدد المصاعد غير كافٍ، وللأسف تأخرنا عن رحلتنا الجوية بسبب انتظارنا أكثر من 20 دقيقة حتى يصل حمالو الأمتعة إلى الغرفة، وذلك لعدم وجود مصعد مخصص للخدمات.

السعر مرتفع نسبيًا مقارنةً بمستوى الخدمات والتجربة بشكل عام.

The bathroom design is very poor. Even the sinks are awkward and inconvenient to use.
Although the room is marketed as suitable for two adults and two children, the bathroom has an open layout, which offers very little privacy and is not suitable for families.
The TV does not support modern streaming apps such as Netflix.
There are not enough elevators. Unfortunately, we almost missed our flight because we had to wait more than 20 minutes for the luggage porters to reach our room. This happened because the hotel does not have a dedicated service elevator.
The room rate is somewhat expensive for the overall experience.

Pros:

The restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to the chef for preparing such wonderful meals. The quality, taste, and presentation were outstanding, making our dining experience truly enjoyable.

Cons:

I had high expectations for Voco Ma, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was that I did not receive the sea view room that I had booked, which was very frustrating. When I checked in late in the evening, the receptionist was not welcoming and did not seem to understand or care about our situation, making the experience even more disappointing.
Considering the high room rates, I expected a much better level of service and overall quality. The hotel itself is average and does not justify its price. Due to the poor customer service and the failure to provide the room I reserved, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel opposite the beach. Stunning views and wonderful staff.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at voco Ma Belle. Our room had stunning views over the sea and it was very spacious. It is probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in.
The staff were kind and helpful and we were treated so well. A special mention to Men at breakfast who gave us many suggestions on what to do in town and what to eat, thank you.
We also used the spa on two occasions and the treatments were so good.
