Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Service, das besonders durch seine Hilfsbereitschaft und die gute Lag
Pros:

Nachdem unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Airbnb leider ein kompletter Reinfall war, sind wir kurzfristig im Voco Ma Belle gelandet. Umso positiver waren wir überrascht. Bereits bei der Ankunft haben wir ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten und wurden freundlich empfangen.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Für mehrere Online-Business-Meetings wurde mir sogar ein separater Raum zur Verfügung gestellt, was ich sehr geschätzt habe.

Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Auch die Lage des Hotels hat uns gefallen. Als Familie fanden wir es zudem positiv, dass es überhaupt einen Indoor-Spielbereich für Kinder gibt.

Cons:

Der Pool war relativ klein und das Wasser recht kühl. Der Indoor-Spielbereich für Kinder könnte modernisiert werden und mehr Spielsachen anbieten. Außerdem liegt dort überwiegend Teppichboden, was je nach Reinigungsintervall etwas unhygienisch wirken kann.

Der Frühstücksbereich war morgens häufig sehr voll und entsprechend laut. Ein weiterer Punkt ist die Rutschgefahr in den Badezimmern. Wir empfehlen dringend die vorhandenen Antirutschmatten zu nutzen, da der Boden bei Nässe sehr glatt werden kann.

Вид на море просто пушка.
Pros:

Номера с видом на море просто супер!! Отель свежий, уборка каждый день, завтраки стандартные но голодные не будете. Персонал дружелюбный. До моря переходить через дорогу, пляж великолепный, но пожелание что бы отели как то содействовали в уборке пляжной зоны, а так рекомендую отель и в целом Дананг просто супер!

Cons:

Не буду выдумывать, все было хорошо вся семья довольна.
