Fabulous few days in Hoi An in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautifully furnished room, amazing view from the rooftop and pool, friendly staff and convenient location. Breakfast was also top notch, with a great balance of Vietnamese hot foods, delicious pastries and fresh coffee.

Staff were also very friendly and professional - Tiffany did an excellent job of making us feel at home.

We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

Piękny butikowy hotel zlokalizowany mniej więcej w połowie drogi do plaży i starego miasta. Hotel oferuje darmowy transport zarówno na plażę jak i stare miasto. Pokoje są bardzo komfortowe, a personel dba o czystość. Śniadania są bardzo urozmaicone, pyszna kawa i duży wybór owoców. W hotelu znajduje się również spa, gdzie za niewielkie pieniądze można skorzystać z profesjonalnych zabiegów. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje personel hotelu, który dba o to, aby goście czuli się zaopiekowani od chwili przekroczenia drzwi hotelu. Friendly staff amazing hotel very clean

The staff is amazing we stayed there for 2 nights for our honeymoon I wish I had stayed longer Jessie made our stay amazing and we left very early in the morning they gave us breakfast at 4 am

Cons:

I requested 12:45 pm check out (instead of 12) as my baby was sleeping, the receptionist (I think Brian) said 12:30 max.


I am like dude seriously, for 15 minutes you can't accommodate.


But in general, he was great though out. I loved all the employees, including security guards.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Hotel with Exceptional Service

We recently stayed at Grand Sunrise Hotel in Hoi An, and I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The rooms are beautifully designed, featuring an open bathroom concept with a bathtub, separate shower, and separate toilet. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink, and later a staff member brought a lovely welcome platter with cookies to our room, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The only minor downside was that our room was located on the road side of the hotel, and as I am a light sleeper, I could hear some traffic in the morning. However, after mentioning this to the hotel staff, they immediately apologized and offered us another room. Even when I decided to stay in the same room, they continued to check whether everything was satisfactory and reassured us that they would gladly move us if needed. Their level of care and attention was truly impressive.

What makes this hotel stand out is the staff. I have travelled extensively for work and stayed in countless hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such genuinely friendly, cheerful, and caring service. From the reception team to the restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping team, and spa employees, everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. Here, you are not treated like a room number; you are treated like a person.

The restaurant is excellent, offering a large and varied menu with cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and many delicious food options. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of its excellent reviews regarding food quality and hygiene. My daughter has a sensitive stomach, yet during our entire stay she was able to enjoy all meals without experiencing any stomach issues. The food was consistently delicious, diverse, and offered exceptional value for money.

The breakfast buffet deserves special recognition

Aan de voorkant zijn de kamers wat gehoriger, je hoort t verkeer. Ik ben zelf een lichte slaper. Maar het hotel heeft gelijk een andere kamer aangeboden.

Wir sind im Mai 2026 im Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An gelandet und können nur sagen: Wer ein Hotel mit Charakter sucht, das aus der Masse heraussticht, ist hier goldrichtig. Für uns war das Haus eine absolute Entdeckung, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Schon beim Betreten der Lobby fühlt man sich wie in einem kleinen Palast: weißer Marmor, elegante Art-Deco-Elemente und gemütliche, gepolsterte Sitzgruppen laden sofort zum Ankommen ein. Das Hotel liegt etwa 2 km von der berühmten Altstadt entfernt – für uns die perfekte Lage. Optisch ist das Zimmer ein absoluter Hingucker und absolut einzigartig! Das Design zieht sich konsequent durch: stilvoll, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das absolute Highlight ist die freistehende Badewanne – ein echter Eyecatcher, bei dem man sich wie in einem Boutique-Hotel fühlt.
