Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and ended up extending our stay by a total of five more nights because we enjoyed it so much. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Kathy, who was always helpful, kind, and made us feel at home. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

Glorious! Would 100% return again.
Pros:

Ame and her team were exceptional! The room was luxurious and the hotel was magnificent. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding! They have a separate menu to cater for dietaries.

Amazing staff , great hotel!

The staff were fantastic - special mention to Kathy who did everything to make our stay special and so memorable. Thank you so much!

The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing - so many options and both pools were perfect . Room was so clean and spacious and great location near the old quarter. Would definitely recommend.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful, staff, especially Jessi, room was large, great bed, facilities very good. Clean. Restaurant was good and not expensive.

This was the first time we stayed in a boutique hotel and we cant wait to return!
Pros:

The personal service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff took the time to learn your name and get to know you. Breakfast was included and featured a very good selection of food. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the beds. One thing that stood out, was just how proud the staff were of their hotel - and rightly so! This hotel is outstanding because of the staff, every one of them!

Lovely hotel in Hoi An
Pros:

Lovely (relatively new) hotel, we were greeted by one of the friendly staff with a cold towel and fresh juice before being shown to our room.
Room was spacious and bed huge!
Breakfast choice was excellent and all staff in the restaurant were friendly and courteous
Easy to get to old town and they hotel has a shuttle service
Ame and the rest of the reception were always very friendly and helpful.

Lovely swimming pools, great lobby area with comfortable sofas to relax inside in air conditioning, really well designed restaurant area and amazing rooms. Nothing not to love!

Cons:

Overall the hotel was incredible. The only area that could maybe be improved is the gym, which is small and a bit dark - unlike everywhere else in the hotel!
