Wir sind während unserer Hochzeitsreise hier und genießen die Zeit im Hotel wirklich sehr. Unser Zimmer ist wunderschön, sauber und gemütlich und auch die verschiedenen Pools sind super – perfekt zum Entspannen.

Ein großes Lob geht vor allem an das Personal. V, Gigi, Ame und wirklich alle, die wir bisher kennengelernt haben, sind total freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl und willkommen.

Das Restaurant gefällt uns ebenfalls sehr gut und das Essen ist wirklich lecker. Besonders das Frühstück können wir empfehlen – viel Auswahl, alles frisch und definitiv eines unserer Highlights hier.

Im Spa habe ich bisher nur den Nagelservice ausprobiert. Der war okay, bei Sauberkeit und Standards ist aus meiner Sicht noch etwas Luft nach oben. Das ist aber nur mein persönlicher Eindruck und für den gesamten Aufenthalt eher eine Kleinigkeit.

Alles in allem haben wir hier eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Für unsere Hochzeitsreise ist es ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

A special thank you to Gigi at reception, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to help. Her warm attitude and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

El mejor hotel que he estado
Pros:

Nos ha gustado todo. El camarero V super atento siempre y simpatico, Ame mas de lo mismo, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en cualquier cosa. Y la masajista Tina increible, estoy embarazada y me dio un masaje especial para embarazadas y fue de las mejores cosas del viaje, lo necesitaba mucho.
El desayuno el mejor de todos los hoteles que hemos visitado en vietnam.
Un hotel de 10. No tenemos bi guna queja, de hecho si volvemos queremos venir a hoi an y volver a este hotel

Fantastische plek in Hoi an!
Pros:

Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven! Normaal gesproken houd ik van kleine groene homestays maar dit hotel heeft een plek in mijn hart gekregen.
Alles klopt hier: de kamers, de verzorging, de spa met zijn mogelijkheden, de kwaliteitvan het eten. Uitstekend!
Maar wat het bijzonder maakt is de warme belangstelling en zorg van het personeel! Zo lief! In het bijzonder dank aan Ella, en aan Mia van de spa, maar iedereen is hier buitengewoon aardig en attent. Complimenten!

An Exceptional Stay – We Will Never Forget

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room was magnificent, the two pools were beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the entire property was clean and immaculate.

But best of all were the staff – they truly made our stay exceptional. A special thank you to Kathy, Ame, Brian, V, and everyone else who looked after us so wonderfully.

They understand hospitality in a way that simply cannot be taught. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine care made all the difference.

We will never forget our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making it so special!

Magnifique séjour dans cet établissement tout était parfait !
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup appréciée notre séjour dans cet hôtel, la chambre était exceptionnelle ainsi que le personnel qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Merci à Ame notre best friend du séjour ainsi qu’aux masseuses Stella et Mia qui ont réalisé un massage inoubliable.
La cuisine était également exceptionnelle nous y avons très très bien mangé !

入住時的接待人員Amber非常親切、貼心，讓人感到很溫暖，其他人員也都很友善。

Cons:

浴室雖有獨立的淋浴間，但地板未做隔水，所以淋浴完廁間及洗臉台處的地板也會濕，稍嫌可惜，但整體而言還是很滿意。

Une étape que je recommande sans hésiter dans cette belle ville de Hoi An.

Magnifique, tout était au top ! La qualité des prestations, la gentillesse et la sympathie du personnel, merci Ella et V pour votre accueil. Une chambre spacieuse et très propre.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner très varié et très bon, le goûter…😋 Sans oublier les massages, on a beaucoup apprécié.
