This hotel would be my preferred choice if I return to Hoi An. Highly recommended. Thank you.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and very efficient. A shout out to Kathy and Gigi on reception and driver Koi. All the staff made our stay so easy. This hotel obviously takes customer service very seriously

The breakfast was excellent and offered a huge range presented beautifully.

The bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower.

Two swimming pools.

Room service meals and drinks were a very reasonable price.

The location is mid way between the Old Town and the beach...so that worked for us. Just a few dollars either way by taxi or free with the occasional hotel shuttle...or bike!

Cons:

Nothing of any significance.

Me encantó todo desde el personal, la habitación espectacular. La mejor con diferencia y llevo un mes en Vietnam. Por fin un hotel de lujo. Solicité usar la sauna y la encendieron exclusivamente para mi. Desayuno espectacular, variado. Volvería mil veces si viniera a hoi an. De hecho es el único hotel que ha dejado huella en mi . No dudéis en cogerlo porque os encantará. Lo que más me gustó es la bañera enorme en habitaciones. Por supuesto me bañé!

Excellent stay, loved this hotel, highly recommended
Pros:

Staff are all awesome
Especially Gigi & V who are exceptional staff, an asset to the hotel, go above & beyond. Making us feel at home.
Beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed, large bath, lovely pool area, wonderful breakfast.
Shuttle bus to town & beach.
Will definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Fabulous base in HoiAn
Pros:

The room was modern and very comfortable, the staff extremely helpful, and the breakfast buffet was extensive! A free shuttle into the old town was a great service that we had not expected!

Cons:

Really nothing to complain about. I had one meat dish on the breakfast buffet(beef curry) that was unfortunately ice cold although it was supposed to be hot. And the bedroom had an intermittent electrical issue whereby the power on the bedroom kept switching off and on.

Lo consiglio sicuramente, per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo e per la pulizia e la qualità di tutti i servizi

La camera è molto grande e pulitissima, il letto molto confortevole, la piscina al primo piano è pulita e molto carina. La colazione è varia e di buona qualità, sia nel salato che nel dolce. Hanno anche un comodo servizio di pulmino elettrico che porta alle spiagge e al centro città. In particolare segnaliamo la gentilezza e la disponibilità nel venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta di GG, che poi è una caratteristica di tutto il popolo vietnamita di essere molto cordiale e amichevole. I nostri complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Amazing
Pros:

Without a doubt, this is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

The rooms were beautiful, the air conditioning was excellent, and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The hotel itself is stunning, with lovely interiors and such a relaxing atmosphere.

A special thank you to Ame, Tiffany, and Gigi, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and always happy to help—they really made our experience even more special.

The breakfast was fantastic too, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning.

We would recommend Grand Sunrise Palace to anyone visiting Da Nang and can’t wait to return!

Pros:

Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything about the hotel was luxurious. From the moment we walked through the door till we left, we felt welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were fantastic, especially V.

Cons:

A minor winge but only a few hangers in wardrobe and no shelving so not really anywhere to put clothes.

Perfect hotel, staff are super nice especially Amy. The rooms are big and beautiful. Breakfast amazing, everything is super clean. The pool is great. There is a shuttle taking to and from the old town several times a day. We had a perfect stay there!

Comfortable, friendly and safe stay in Hoi An.
Pros:

The hotel was very beautiful and the room was comfortable. Our receptionist Ella was the most helpful and kind person. The security staff and the bell man Tan Huy was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and recommended for anyone coming to Hoi An.
