Pros:

Second building was newly builded but old furniture style. Bathroom wasn’t comfortable old style. Floor was filthy didn’t probably clean.

Cons:

Staff friendly. Pillow was thick. They gave me extra towels as the alternative pillows. New model homestay would be much better choice at same rate but weekend all are fully booked

Awesome place in Haiphong. Recommend
Pros:

Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Very helpful and kind staff. Very good value for money. We stayed for 5 nights. Good localization.

I would recommend this hotel to feigners particularly as the staff will look after you.
Pros:

The hotel is very good, it's outstanding feature is the reception staff. Both I saw were extemely helpful, like having VIP service and the young man Dani on front desk deserves the accolades that other guests have mentioned.

Cons:

Room insulation...the accoustics in the room and corridors amplified all noise, and unfortunately other guests on my floor were very noisy...(but only because they were happy and forgot about other guests)
