You should stay here!
Pros:

The service was excellent. I explained it was my girlfriend's birthday and Hana/Huong went out if her way to help me. She arranged a personalized birthday cake in advance and made us feel so welcome. If I was the boss I would give her a payrise. I will return to stay here because of Huong and I will recommend to friends and family.

Quelques petits désagréments néanmoins nous avons quand même profité de notre séjour.

Pros:

Номер хороший, но без завтрака. До этого номера снимали дешевле на 30%, большая в 2 раза площадь и с завтраком. Поэтому ощущение от отеля не очень. И в том отеле был большой холодильник. Здесь маленький. Да, здесь есть неплохой бассейн, но нет сауны, как в другом отеле где были до этого.

Cons:

Всё нормально, но цена не соотвтствует ожиданиям. Неприятно, что за большие чем в другом отеле деньги не было завтрака, площадь номера в 2 раза меньше и нет балкона и сауны.

An absolutely dreadful experience.
Cons:

We had an extremely disappointing experience at Lantana Da Nang. My partner and I have travelled a lot and this accommodation and staff was by far the worst we’ve dealt with.

Upon arrival, we were told about property policies that were never on the booking platform when our booking was confirmed. This included extra taxes to be paid if we paid by card. This needs to be communicated beforehand and not upon arrival. The reception staff became extremely rude about this situation and said that we could not check in and put our luggage in the room if we didn’t have enough cash to pay for the room by cash. This is not the welcome one really wants when arriving at a hotel around 4pm after delayed flights. Our booking platform stated that we could pay by card with no surcharge.

When we eventually headed to the room, the staff were reluctant to assist us with luggage up the stairs. The booking clearly states that staff assist with luggage up the stairs. Rather put a lift in if you are going to advertise a service but then are reluctant to provide that service unless asked.

The room itself was not as advertised. The photos on the listing do not accurately represent the actual unit we were given, and the overall standard was much lower than expected.

We also found used false eyelashes in the room on the table, which immediately raises concerns about cleanliness.

There was a kitchenette with no kettle in the room.

Most frustrating was that there was no hot water for our stay. We reported it when we got back to the hotel at 10pm. We had left at 5pm to go draw money to pay for the room cash. However once we could find an ATM to draw money it was well after 6pm. So we then stayed out for dinner and returned at 10pm. But it was only fixed the following morning after asking another 2 times.
