Left disappointed.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and friendly. Air conditioning was good. Pool was nice with a breeze but lounge chairs very uncomfortable. Location was fine. We stayed in the suite beside the main part of the hotel.

Cons:

They changed my room due to damage in part of our suite and did not advise us in advance or offer any compensation. We went from a one bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms to a studio with one bathroom. I had to request compensation which they did offer in the end. Construction beside our room was loud but thankfully only during daytime hours and not into the evening. We had to leave early due to a death in the family. I asked if our remaining nights could be refunded and they said they would get back to us. No reply from the hotel at all. If you book the suite with no elevator, the staircase is quite narrow and shallow.

Place is not as strategic and would rather stay somewhere else.

Old facility and doesn’t worth the money. Aircond is not cold and there’s ponding when shower. Shower with no privacy because of the transparent glass.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, в 10 минутах от пляжа на зеленой улице. Мост Дракона и Тц Винком Плаза в пешей доступности.а еще удивили цветы франжипани за окном) я их полила и они сразу распустились) к сожалению на одном окне были уже сухие деревья (

Pros:

I loved so much the swimming pool terrace.
The room was big and fairly clean. Delicious coffe and water replaced every day.
Ten min by walk from the beach and 15ish from thw Dragon bridge. A good balance between the 2 areas.
