Highly Recommended! We received a genuinely warm welcome and excellent, personalized advice on exploring Cat Ba, which made our trip so much smoother. Our room was lovely — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We were especially delighted by the refreshing welcome drink and beautiful fruit basket waiting for us. Breakfast was a real highlight. Being served at our table was wonderfully relaxing compared to the usual buffet scramble — the food was fresh, varied, and perfectly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Super zentrale Lage. Viele sehr gute Restaurants in Laufnähe. Zimmer war tadellos sauber. Frühstücksteam war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das A la carte Frühstück super lecker. Wir haben uns jeden Morgen auf den frischen Obstteller gefreut. War besser als manches 5 Sterne Hotel Buffet. Auch das Rezeptionsteam müssen wir loben. Sie haben uns unkompliziert den Transfer von und nach Hanoi mit einem Limousinen Service gebucht, der wunderbar funktioniert hat. Außerdem haben wir spontan eine private Kanutour gebucht, die für uns unvergesslich bleiben wird.

The service was on point, staff are really accomodating and helpful. The room looks like the photos, the theme of ocean and the moon makes it different, beautiful and clean. Great location, walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended and will book again if I come back to Cat Ba.

The staff were so friendly, and the breakfasts were fantastic. I had a different option every morning and they were all great, and I still only had a fraction of what was on offer!

Good hotel, run by the Cat Ba Ventures team. We came off a couple of nights on one of their boats, so anywhere would feel like an anti climax after that, but Moon Boutique looked after us very well. Lovely staff, great room.

We had a lovely one night stay here after our Lan Ha Bay tour. Hotel is nicely updated, and the rooms have great air conditioning and really comfortable beds.

Staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful - even arranging a take-out breakfast for us when we had an early morning check-out the following morning.

J'ai adoré l'accueil, personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable avec de très bons conseils sur tout ce qu'il y a à faire aux alentours, très arrangeants en terme d'horaires et facilitants pour ce qui était du transport et de la gestion des bagages.

Wonderful stay!
The staff, room, service, and breakfast were all exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of everything, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I’d also like to specially mention the bed: I slept like I was on a cloud.
