The hotel is conveniently located near the lake and the weekend night market, with many popular restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops within walking distance.
The rooms were spacious compared to many other hotels in the area and provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast was fairly standard, not particularly memorable, but sufficient to start the day.
Unfortunately, our experience with the laundry service was very disappointing. Our white clothing was washed together with other guests’ laundry, resulting in yellow discoloration and pen ink stains on several items. The staff attempted to rewash the clothes, but the stains remained. As a result, some of our dresses were permanently damaged and essentially ruined.
The hotel did provide complimentary transportation to the airport as compensation, which we appreciated. However, the value of the damaged clothing far exceeded the cost of the airport transfer, so the compensation did not fully address the loss.
While the location and accommodations were enjoyable, I would strongly advise against using the hotel’s laundry service based on our experience.

Отель расположен в старом квартале Ханоя, все достопримечательности возможно обойти пешком. Единственное, нужно небольшой навык, чтобы ходить вместе в огромным количеством мопедов. Обратите внимание, в отеле разные номера по категориям, те что немного подороже сильно комфортнее. Также есть комнаты без лифта, но очень уютные, с балконом и хорошим видом. Персонал проявляет заботу о своих туристах, помогает в решении возникающих вопросов.
Хотелось бы на завтрак добавить йогурт. Критичных проблем нет, разве что в некоторых номерах шумноват кондиционер.
The beds were comfortable and the front desk staff were lovely
This is not a 4 star hotel. First and foremost, staff use the dining room as their personal tearoom and smoke in the dining room during the day and use it as their personal tearoom. We had 2 rooms. In 502- Bathroom had a mouldy shower, dirty soap dispensers and dirty bathroom door and shower door doesn’t open properly.
The powerpoints behind the bed weren’t accessible due to the king single beds being pushed together.
Room 504 smells like a toilet and the air conditioner leaked water onto the bedroom floor.
There was a mattress left in the stairwell for the first 24 hours of our stay - this is a fire hazard.
8% card fee if you want to pay your bill using card (wise or any other) - more expensive than any other hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. Lastly, the hotel asked me to review them on the way out on a paper form - when they saw my feedback they asked for me to skip the review on booking.com
