Pros:

The air conditioning and fan

Cons:

They double booked our room so we had no where to stay for the night leading us to book a last minute hotel at 3am in the morning, we was told by the staff to go to the hotel next door for a room which they did not have. The beds were uncomfortable with a big gap in the middle ( two single beds).

Was handy in the location it was in old quarter

Cons:

Very Dirty bathroom. Raining coming in through bathroom ceiling and at door to room. Food average not huge variety. Some staff good while others rude. If you do not pay cash they charge you a large surcharge which we have never had in Vietnam all the years we have been travelling there.

If I had to come back to Hanoi, I would definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Lovely & Cozy Stay at Hanoi’s Old Quarter

We started and ended our Hanoi trip with La Palm Premier Hotel And Spa . Great choice for 4 lovely 60 something gals from Manila. Perfect location at the old quarter. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious . Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shoutout to the frontliners Tiffany , Kang, Vivian, Tony and the food crew Patrick and Lilly and the rest of the hardworking staff of La Palm. Highly recommended Hanoi stay.

Pros:

위치는 올드쿼터 안이라 좋기도 하지만 너무 복잡하기도함. 조식이 엄청 괜찮은편.
직원들은 친절. 두고간 옷 잘 보관해줘서 찾아감. 그점은 매우 감사.

Cons:

업그레이드라고 맨 위층 커넥팅룸을 줬는데 진짜 오래 안쓴 느낌의 방. 화장실 세면대 물때와 녹, 수건 얼룩, 천장 곰팡이, 와이파이 잘 안되고 뜨거운물 잘 안나옴.
직원이 5분이상 수도꼭지 틀고 물 빼라는데 그래도 잘 안됨. 밤에 도착해서 아침 일찍 출발하는 1박만 해서 너무 다행이라고 생각함
카드 결제는 8% 수수료 있어서 현금결제 하려고 했더니 거스름돈이 준비 안되어 있어서 놀람
