Pros:

The place is right in Old Quarter. The staffs are amazing and very helpful. Mr. Kang and the rest of the reception and the bellman are always on hand. I really appreciate the foresights of managing my room and airport transfer without me mentioning anything.

Le personnel, le p’tit dej, les chambres, l’emplacement.

Cons:

Le spa n’est pas directement dans l’hôtel, ce sont des massages à tarif préférentiel mais en supplément.

Un séjour pratique pour une croisière sur la baie de Lan Ha
Pros:

Le côté arrangeant et la souplesse du personnel. La proposition de tour organisé sur la baie de Lan Ha.

Cons:

Quelques petites variations de programme : le tour sur la baie de Lan Ha prévoyait un pickup à l’hôtel mais nous avons dû nous rendre à 600m car le bus n’avait pas le droit d’emprunter la rue. Ça n’est pas dramatique mais nous étions un groupe de 7 dont 2 personnes âgées et 3 enfants. Le programme de la croisière prévoyait une visite d’hospital cave sur l’île de Cat Ba et nous ne l’avons finalement pas fait.

Die Lage war sehr gut! Auch sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Kann leider nicht nachvollziehen, wieso dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat. Im Bad war der Boden nass, irgendwie ist wohl was undicht. Nach dem Bescheid geben ist leider nichts besser gewesen, die Handtücher die ich provisorisch dort hingelegt hatte lagen einfach weiterhin da… es hieß es wurde sich drum gekümmert. Flecken an den Wänden (Schimmel?!). Schade :/
