Great Location and a wonderful Host!
The rooms were huge and very clean, the Pool was also nice. Mai Made really nice breakfast and Overall IS a Lovely Person.
Pool was great and enjoyable to cool off in. Breakfast was decent with only a few options to choose from. Rooms were clean.
Location is a little far out from centre but doesn't exactly feel in the countryside so I think maybe it would have been better to stay either closer to the centre or more rural. It is a very short Grab to town though so only a minor point.
Lovely property just outside the busy centre of Tam Coc. The location was close enough to walk to restaurants and the boat pier, but far enough away that is was calm and quiet - a great place to relax after Hanoi. We hired a motorbike from the property which allowed us to travel further afield to the ancient capital Hoa Lu, and peddle bikes are also available which are a great way to explore the villages.
The property was clean, spacious and had great facilities. A filling breakfast is included. But the standout are the large swimming pool, loungers in the sunny courtyard, and the friendly dogs that greet you as you wake up in the morning and return in the evening.

Auch die Lage ist super, man kann zu Fuß die Stadt Tam Coc erreichen ca. 10min und auf dem Weg sind süße Cafés.

The service was excellent. They were very kind, helpful in getting us transportation and accommodating in all our requests. Such as getting us scooters and doing our laundry - all at reasonable prices. Breakfasts were delicious and made when it suited us.
The location was far enough away from the main drag so that it was quiet, but also close enough to the central area to walk back and forth with ease.
We loved our stay here! For us, it was probably one of the best stays we’ve had in Vietnam.
The owners are super friendly and prepare breakfast for us every day.
There’s also the option to rent a scooter.
The rooms are simple, cozy, and very clean.
We are just 10 minutes from the city center, where there’s a lot of activity. Here, however, it’s completely peaceful with no noise at all.

The property and staff/owners were lovely but this place is right at the end of a long road (1km) and was a bit daunting to walk in the dark on the first night but it didn’t feel unsafe.
Such a lovely homestay in Tam Coc. The owners don’t speak much English, but they are always there to help you and it’s easy to talk via Google translate. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a really nice bathroom. The property has some really cute small dogs too. The breakfast they provide was so nice as well (especially the banana pancakes!). We could hire some good quality bicycles from here too and ride around the rice fields which was so relaxing, and it’s a short ride/walk into town for restaurants. It wasn’t very busy in the homestay even though there’s a lot of rooms, they definitely deserve more customers!

Pool was unusable as dirty. Bike we hired broke down after we was told that it was fine even with an alert engine light on.
The property was clean and location was in walking distance (about 15 mins) to cafes/bars/restaurant, so far away enough to avoid noise. Staff were friendly and polite.
