Das Hotel war wirklich super, bei der Ankunft haben sich Shirley und Davion sehr gut gekümmert, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und hat sich wie Zuhause angefühlt. Die Klimaanlagen hätte ich nicht in Deutschland gehabt von daher war ich doppelt zufrieden ^^.
Es wurden jederzeit auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und das Apartment wurde sehr professionell gereinigt. Es war jetzt schon das Dritte mal in einem Somerset Hotel und ich kann es nur Weiterempfehlen.
Ich werde sehr gerne wieder kommen 😊😊😊

Хороший отель с очень удачным расположением. Рядом метро, магазины, кафе и торговые центры. Нас без проблем заселили раньше времени, что после долгой дороги было очень кстати. Номер просторный, уборка ежедневная и качественная, персонал в целом вежливый.

Из того, что можно улучшить, — завтраки. Для отеля такого уровня и за такую стоимость хотелось бы увидеть более разнообразный выбор блюд.

Cons:

Единственный неприятный момент за все время проживания — пропал Apple Pencil Pro. Никого не обвиняю и не утверждаю, что это была кража, но вещь бесследно исчезла из номера. Персонал, к сожалению, не проявил большой инициативы в решении вопроса и в основном рекомендовал обращаться в полицию.

За 13 лет путешествий это первый подобный случай, поэтому мой совет будущим гостям — внимательно следить за своими ценными вещами.

My family of 5 had a good stay at Somerset Haizhu Centre. Will consider staying there again.
Pros:

1) Hotel is located near 2 malls, one of them is connected and can be accessed via the hotel reception.
2) Room is nice, spacious and provides all the necessary amenities.
3) Price of room per night is attractive.

Cons:

The breakfast spread and quality is average.

Pretty good.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. Jason at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He let us checked in early and upgraded our room. He also addressed all our concerns and queries swiftly.

Cons:

The towel could be better and the corridor to the unit was very stuffy and warm.
