Cosy and comfortable stay with a beautiful view
Pros:

My room had an amazing view of the Canton Tower, the staff was very helpful, the housekeeping staff was very kind, and the breakfast was diverse and tasty. There are two malls and a couple of convenience stores nearby.

Cons:

It was a 19-minute walk to the subway station.

Staffs are so friendly and considerate! Jason and Davion were so helpful to offer me a free extension of my staying until 4pm on my check-out date. Just so it would better coordinate my schedule in between my flights! Thanks to all the supportive staffs!

Cons:

I did not like the fact that we were accused of stealing a hair blower at the time of checking out. To our surprise, they later told us that they were sorry and that there was never a hair blower in the room in the first instance. We felt so embarrassed.
They later gave us back our $100 dollar deposit.

Excelente hotel, con desayuno, gimnasio, sauna, sala de juntas, y con muy buena ubicación.

Pagamos una habitación para tres personas, la habitación estuvo muy bien, buen espacio, pero la cama para nuestro hijo estuvo muy deficiente, el tamaño estaba bien ya que era una sola plaza, pero la estructura débil y con los movimientos en la noche se doblaba, además quedo bajo el aire acondicionado que goteaba agua. Esta situación crea incomodidad ya que se paga adicional por la tercera persona y se espera recibir una cama un poco más confortable. Por lo demás muy buena la habitación, además que e recomendado muy bien el hotel a más amigos que planean viajar a Guangzhou.

Pros:

Very big spacy room, free water bottles every day, very helpful staff, washing machine with detergent in the room.

Cons:

The location was not very nice, and the metro station is not that close.
