Fantástica
Pros:

Nos alojamos en julio y no pudimos tener mejor estancia. El Buffet tenía muchísima variedad y todo estaba impecable, pero lo que más destaco es el trato del personal. Todos fueron super atentos y agradables, sin duda repetiría :)

Wunderbares, sauberes Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das sehr leckere Essen wurde morgens und abends immer frisch gekocht und zum Teil in einer offenen Küche vor unseren Augen zubereitet. Unser Zimmer war sehr hell und super sauber.

Norėčiau išreikšti didelį nepasitenkinimą dėl mūsų viešnagės ir suteikto kambario.

Atvykus gavome kambarį, kuriame buvo labai stiprus ir nemalonus kvapas. Kambaryje buvo praktiškai neįmanoma normaliai būti ar miegoti, todėl tokios sąlygos, mano nuomone, yra visiškai netinkamos apgyvendinimui. Be to, tokioje patalpoje ilgiau būnant galima susidurti ir su sveikatos problemomis.

Apie problemą informavome viešbučio personalą, tačiau kambarys buvo pakeistas tik po dviejų naktų. Manome, kad tokia reakcija į akivaizdžią ir rimtą problemą yra visiškai neadekvati.

Good but need some ameliorations

Cons:

The cleaning is not very good at all : some ants, sand, dusty in the room. because broom didn't pass
The bed is 2 single bed not very comfortable
is missing water for diner its too bad that we have to pay for water
The soundproofing is bad we here everything from outside, the concert and carrousel is very annoying with the baby and we here everything in the corridor. The pool and gym schedule should be changed. Gym is too small and missing of facilites.

Fantastic location, lovely pool amazing food, friendly staff
Pros:

Loved the location we had an amazing suite with fantastic views of the seafront. Beds were clean and comfortable. Rituals toiletries in bathrooms. Pool towels were included as we had a suite. The breakfast was delicious and a wide variety of options for all ages. Able to do a late checkout for 45 euros.

Cons:

We had to do at to use the safety deposit box 22 euros of which you only got 10 euros back. If you didn’t have a suite you have to pay a deposit of 10 euros each towel and a 4 Euro charge for each towel each day.
