Pros:

Posizione eccellente a Lujiazui, nel cuore del distretto finanziario, con vista mozzafiato sullo skyline di Shanghai e a pochi passi dalla Oriental Pearl Tower. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e ben tenute. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e professionale. Ottima colazione con buona varietà. L’hotel offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per un soggiorno a Shanghai.

當天坐出租車去到找不到酒店的名字，原來在另一邊才看到，狼狽下車後，走入大廈，原來是一商業大廈樓下是商場，看見旁邊有一指示牌才知道酒店大堂在38樓。
入房內左手邊是洗手盆，右手邊是座廁及淋浴房，這樣很不方便，去完洗手間要行出來經過走到才可以洗手，淋浴房是用膠地板的，沖涼後用了沖涼液及洗頭水地板變得非常滑，從未見過酒店用膠地板鋪淋浴房
酒店不大，牙刷及牙膏用品需要在check-in的時候問他才有。
現在希爾頓酒店好像不能住了，實在意想不到的差

Thank you for helping make our stay in Shanghai truly wonderful!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. Waking up to the Shanghai skyline was truly special. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste, and enjoying it while overlooking the city made it even better. Everyone from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant team was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The location is ideal. It is just a five-minute walk to Metro Line 2, making it easy to get around the city. We also walked to the river, Shanghai Tower and IFC several times. We will definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again on our next trip to Shanghai.

Cons:

We stayed in rooms on the 33rd and 35th floors, which meant we couldn't visit each other's rooms directly. The keycards only allowed access to your own floor, as well as the reception and restaurant on level 38. It wasn't a major issue, just a little inconvenient at times.
