Lo mejor del alojamiento, además de la ubicación que realmente privilegiada, es la eficiencia como calidez, consideración y amabilidad del personal, de todos, desde la persona que te abre la puerta principal hasta la persona que te atiende en el bar. En general, por un tema de cultura, los chinos no son amables, son muy atropellado R’s, les encanta escupir en el suelo, incluso en espacios cerrados como una sala o una estación de metro, en un choque cultural, muy grande, no obstante, justamente frente a este cheque cultural es que en el Hotel no se da nada de eso, el personal es especialmente respetuoso y cálido y la diferencia respecto al personal de otros hoteles que tuve que alojarme en China es abismal por lo que demasiadas felicitaciones al Hotel y a su equipo

Cons:

Creo que el desayuno estaba muy orientado en público chino, común, exceso de preparaciones con puerco y con patas de Abi, dejando de lado otro tipo de cosas que son muy admiradas en occidente. Por otro lado, muchas veces las habitaciones están bastante alejadas del edificio principal, incluso varias cuadras nada, la estructura del Hotel, que funcionaba como con especies de edificios modulares que se encuentran alejados del edificio principal, por lo que por ejemplo ir de la piscina a la habitación, incluso puede tornar más de 10 minutos caminando

Overall an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Indigo is a quiet oasis away from the bustle, noise, crowds and traffic of Guangzhou. This is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on your perspective. Public transport options are a bit of a hike away, fine if you Didi but not so otherwise. There is nothing just "outside the door". Nice decor in a sort of modern jazz/art deco vibe. The room was spacious but there was a weird elevated "stage area" with a workout mat that took up a lot of space; not our thing.

Cons:

We checked-in late on our first day, unfortunately the room that was allocated must have had a water leak and it smelled very dank and musty. The staff must have known because there was a dehumidifier and scent machine in the room. We complained the next morning and to their credit we were moved to an odour-free room. Just would have been nice not to have needed to complain. The rooftop bar (with great views over the Pearl River and Canton Tower) has a minimum charge of RMB300 per person; which by Chinese standards is a small fortune.

Красивый интерьер, чисто.

Cons:

От данной цены ожидал большего.
Вид на башню нет смысла бронировать, вы увидите ее только из окна,в балконе тоже нет никакого смысла.
Завтраки неплохие но все таки больше под китайских туристов.

Pros:

Un véritable coup de cœur. Les chambres sont décorées dans un magnifique style chinois, à la fois élégant et apaisant. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec un large choix de qualité et un service remarquable. L'hôtel propose même de vieilles voitures électriques remises au goût du jour pour accompagner les clients jusqu'au métro — une attention originale et très agréable. Le rooftop est superbe, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la Canton Tower. C'est un véritable îlot de calme et de tranquillité en plein centre de Canton, et le personnel est aussi agréable que professionnel.

Cons:

Rien à signaler, le séjour a été parfait du début à la fin.
