Idéal
Pros:

L’appartement est très agréable et beau. On s’y sent super bien. Le quartier dans lequel il est situé est très sympa. Les dames de ménage sont très très gentilles.

Hotel ma dobre warunki, ale trzeba uważać na oszustwa
Cons:

Hotel ma chyba problem z bezpieczeństwem, bo mam wrażenie że wyciekają im dane o rezerwacjach. Dzień przed przyjazdem dostałem wiadomość na Whatsapp z żądaniem podania danych karty kredytowej na dedykowanej stronie pod groźbą anulowania rezerwacji, bo hotel nie może przetworzyć płatności - mimo że na stronie pisze o płatności w recepcji po przybyciu. Wiadomość zawierała moje dane, okres pobytu, booking ID. Po przybyciu do hotelu okazało się to oszustwem. Personel słabo mówi po angielsku i uzyskać od nich pomoc - praktycznie niemożliwe.

Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fahrstühle funktionieren super. Es war alles sauber auf den Gängen und vor allem leise. Der ganze Empfang war unproblematisch und wir konnten auch früher einchecken.

Betten Top..... Groß und wirklich bequem. Große Kleiderschränke vorhanden und alles sauber..

Bad war okay, es geht besser aber alles was ganz und vollständig.

Küche war eigentlich auch okay, nur ist es uns nicht verständlich, dass man keine Utensilien bereit stellt ausser Besteck, Teller, Tassen und Becher.....!!!
Kühlschrank und Microwelle waren super. Wasser wurde jeden Tag neu gestellt.

Wohnbereich war auch okay.... Couch war angenehm, nur die einzelnen Teile sind nicht fest. Fernseher war auch vorhanden. Nur europäisches oder internationales Fernsehen kann man hier nicht erwarten 😅

Die Klimaanlage hat ohne Probleme funktioniert 😍

Frühstück war um 20m neben dem Hotel. Basic aber gut.... Kaffee Automat, Nudeln, Reis, Gemüse, Toast, Butter, Obst und und und

Die Gegend ist wirklich der Wahnsinn.... Aus dem Hotel raus und nach Links die Straße runter.... Dumplings Laden, 7 eleven....

Lasst euch nicht beim Tee abziehen....!!!!!

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist einfach mangelhaft und macht auch gar keinen Sinn.
Keiner nimmt eine Pfanne mit. Tiefe Schalen oder vernünftige Messer und Scheren.....

Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

However, it is not very convenient if you rely on transportation, as the nearest stations are quite a distance away. The access road is also very narrow, making it difficult for Grab drivers to pick up or drop off passengers, and there is no proper waiting area.

One area that needs improvement is the bathroom cleanliness and maintenance. There were noticeable yellow stains along the skirting near the shower area, which gave an unclean impression. In addition, the metal bar in the bathroom showed visible rust, suggesting that maintenance could be improved.

Overall, the friendly staff were definite positives, but better accessibility and improved bathroom upkeep would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Breakfast not perfect, but price-quality , and quality of hotel overweight. You can buy breakfast in the hotel and decide( we used it every day finally)

Centrally located in the old city; direct underground parking for guests and hotel visitors; useful kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and a mid size fridge; in-unit dual function 2-in-1 washer AND dryer; 5 minute walk to bus stops, local eateries and supermarkets, 15 minute walk to subway station; available bikes to swipe and ride around town just outside the hotel; strong AC and friendly staff.

None, this is one of the best aparthotel I've stayed at.

Buona soluzione per soggiornare a Pechino
Pros:

Studio ampio e comodo. Ottimo per consumare una colazione, non adeguato per cucinare un pasto. Nel piano interrato ampia cucina con discreta macchina per caffè/cappuccino.
Posizionato in un hutong (non col caos turistico) a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro ma anche comodo per girare la parte centrale di Pechino in bici.
A 5 minuti a piedi c'è una piazza con centro commerciale e buona birreria (per gli appassionati).
