Close to the airport ( about 10 Minutes) They offer free shuttle service, room was very clean and modern amenities for the low price.

Booked the hotel via booking, was contacted from the property and asked to cancel my order, because they made a mistake in price and I have to pay more, to which I refused. Next day hotel just canceled my order without saying a word. Worst customer service I’ve received from allegedly a 4 star hotel. They prefer saving small money rather than have happy customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I have stayed this hotel for two nights on August. All the staffs are helpful and friendly , especially one of the restaurants staff name Cici, she is really very friendly and helpful with smiling service. and the staff surname Ms Cao as well. they all provided best friendly service to let me feel like coming again when I come to Guanzhou again. Thank you for their service .
I stayed here for two nights in July 2023. The airport was a short journey away – a free shuttle bus is offered at reception (though the ‘bus’ was in fact just a minivan crammed with people and large suitcases, careening down the highway with everybody holding onto their luggage for life). The hotel itself is super clean and my room was very large. The committed and helpful staff members were fantastic - I had a problem with my bathtub not running water, and reception sent the repairman to my room straight away to fix the problem in no time. Whilst there is hardly anything to do around the hotel, there are a handful of convenience stores nearby where you can buy anything you need.

A beautiful stay in the hotel for 1 night, A complimentary bus to & from the airport from gate 43 on the departure level, it's a 10-minute ride, great welcome at reception with the use on a translation app if required. The hotel felt new and refreshing. The bedroom was amazing, the curtains opened when entering the room, great water pressure in the shower, complimentary toilettes', razor, toothbrush, comfortable bed with soft & hard pillow. Free noodle bowl available after 22.00 and inclusive breakfast which has so much variety. Overall, a great place for a stopover accommodation.
Amazing stay! Modern clean fantastic hotel
The hotel itself was lovely and we had a great stay during a layover. However the free shuttle bus was not as great. We called before we left the uk to arrange the free shuttle bus and were told to call on arrival. We did this and the call wouldn't connect, due to a fault in their line. We spent nearly £30 in calls and 3 hours stuck in the airport trying to reach the hotel before an airport employee was able to reach them on our behalf. Once reached the hotel were very helpful but frustrating having to spend £30 on something that is supposed to be free. Would have been cheaper getting a taxi.
