Pros:

Хороший отель. Виды из номера потрясные!
Брали двухуровневый номер с горкой. Это отвал башки для детей 🤣
У нас было трех разовое питание. Завтра и ужин - шведский стол. Выбор блюд достаточно большой. Обед - китайский ресторан. Накормить четырех детей да и самим поесть в нем с непривычки - сложно. Нам при первом обращении заменили ресторан на детский. Там и пицца и бургеры и наггетсы. Так же Вкусные салаты, куриная лапша.
Целый день дети могут ходить на мастер-классы. Очень им нравилось.
Пляж хороший, но через дорогу. Не напряжно дойти.
Советую к посещению.

A magnificent stay!
Pros:

Our family had an incredible stay at the Sanya Yalong Bay Resort!
The villa was vast and extremely spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. Having our own private pool was a real highlight, and the villa came packed with entertainment options that kept us all having fun throughout the stay—including a karaoke system, a pool table, and a mahjong table.
We chose the half-board option (breakfast and dinner), which turned out to be an excellent decision. The food variety was fantastic, and every single meal was delicious.
What truly sets this resort apart is the exceptional service. A huge thank you to Beibei, who was always so prompt, helpful, and attentive whenever we had a request on WeChat. Another special mention goes to Tom, who welcomed and served us so warmly at both breakfast and dinner every day. The whole staff was consistently attentive, warm, and smiling.
We gladly give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend it to any family!

4 stars experience for price of 5
Pros:

Nice clean rooms, nice view. Many kids activities

Cons:

1) it’s joint area for hualuxe and cheaper holiday inn. So all guests from the second use the pool and all other common areas. And there’s only few sunbeds both on the beach and pool. Like 20 for both hotels 1000+ rooms.
2) only a few sunbeds. But no waiting list or queue is organized on the beach. So you can’t wait and get it, you need to run as fast as you can as you see people leaving, or there will be somebody out of the bushes.
3) because of these points above you pay for 5 stars hotel but get 4stars max experience. Overcrowded pool, lack of sunbeds and no possibility to get one later, too many people in the evening in all places

Było akceptowalne, ale drugi raz bym tam nie chciał już nocować.
Pros:

Pokój był czysty i zadbany, co jest zdecydowanie największym plusem tego hotelu.

Cons:

Niestety lokalizacja nie przypadła nam do gustu. W najbliższej okolicy praktycznie nie ma restauracji ani ciekawych miejsc.
Basen na zdjęciach wygląda znacznie lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Jest bardzo płytki i nie daje szczególnie dużo przyjemności z korzystania.
Dużym minusem była również komunikacja z personelem. Pracownicy praktycznie nie posługują się językiem angielskim, a przy kontakcie z gośćmi często z góry zakładają, że mówią oni po rosyjsku, co było dla nas dość niekomfortowe.
Ogólnie hotel nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajduje się Holiday Inn, który sprawia wrażenie lepszego stosunku jakości do ceny. Przy kolejnym pobycie zdecydowanie wybralibyśmy inny hotel.

Один из лучших отелей в Санья
Pros:

Спустя год мы приехали в этот отель на двадцать дней. Всё осталось на очень высоком, прошлогоднем уровне. В этот раз нам на ресепшн подсказали, что можно заменить мягкие подушки на жесткие и у матраса в номере есть сторона мягкая стандартная и есть сторона жесткая. После нашего обращения, подошел сотрудник, который принес жесткие подушки и перевернул матрас, что в итоге в корне улучшило наш сон. В столовой всё в принципе понравилось, стал шире выбор вина̀, есть очень хорошие варианты. Еда всегда горячая. Кто-то говорил, что выбор блюд на ужине не обширный, но на наш взгляд всё хорошо, могло быть и лучше конечно, но большинство посетителей будут довольны. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить сотрудника ресторана-столовой, Тома, Tom профессиональный, клиентоориентированный, жизнерадостный, знает английский, что для не китайского туриста в стране очень важно, мы думаем он лучший сотрудник в отеле из тех с кем взаимодействовали. Вечером как-то видели огненное шоу на озере, очень красиво. Отель предлагает бесплатный трансфер в СDF - огромный комплекс duty free, кому нужно купить продукцию элитных брендов, будет очень кстати. Резюмируя, отель второй год подряд сумел обеспечить нам прекрасный отдых, и возможно, вернёмся в 2027 году.

Cons:

Единственное, что ухудшилось, это работа wifi, мессенджеры не работают практически, кроме вичат. И сама работа интернета через отельный wifi стала хуже: сайты то открываются, то нет. Что не понравилось в ресторане/столовой, по-прежнему нет кофе на ужин, вилки на столах часто попадаются из тонкой хлипкой стали, берёшь в руку ощущение пластика - не солидно, нет чайных ложек. Ещё важный момент, скорее к министерству по туризму КНР, на пляже, спасатели и пляжная полиция загоняют туристов плавать в "лягушатник" 20х30 метров, глубиной по грудь и, как только кто-то заходит сбоку от огороженного участка, спасатели начинают свистеть и требовать вернутся обратно, наши туристы летят на Хайнань долгие часы не для того чтобы болтаться в "лягушатнике", когда рядом есть большое пространство а пределах буйков для плавания. В соседних странах нет такого неуважительного отношения к туристам. Я понимаю, чиновники не хотят эксцессов и думают, что все не умеют плавать, как и их соотечественники, но наш человек в Китае не бухает, а значит и проблем в воде не возникает.

Отель новый, виды шикарные, персонал отличный!
Pros:

Первое, нам предложили бесплатный трансфер от отеля, водитель с табличкой нас встретил на комфортном микроавтобусе, предложил воды, машина чистая, сидения с массажем. После перелета, самое то.
Второе, ресторан и его обслуживание. У нас были завтраки и ужины. Огромная благодарность официанту Тому, что помогал в организации поздравления с днем рождения и отвечал на любые вопросы по ресторану. Также он и его напарник Раман знают английский, что очень порадовало. Потому что остальные официанты ходят с переводчиком, даже базовых слов на английском не знают. А с переводчиком конечно надо постараться иногда объяснить, что хочу.
В третьих у нас было два менеджера от отеля Мика и Семен. Отвечали на вопросы, помогали в организации поездок, во время бронирования и оплаты также во всем помогали! Спасибо за отличный сервис!
Отель новый, вид из окна шикарный: горы, море, бассейн, озеро.. ну очень красиво! Номера свежие, не убитые. Персонал приветливый. Классная лама живая ходит, деток развлекает.

Cons:

Не хватило развлечения для взрослых, все активности были только для детей. Ну и уборка номера в начале отпуска была хорошей. Под конец, то тут не убрано, то мои беруши выбросили, то тряпку в номере оставили, то долго не меня пепельницу. Такая своеобразная поддерживающая уборка была.

Pros:

We had room with amazing sea view on the 8 floor. Magic! Perfect! Good location, clean hotel, perfect service, delicious dinner, good breakfast. Tom- is very good manager at the hotel . We received good presents for our kids.
