Pros:

Very poor customer service and communication was absurd! Not courteous at all and it’s very clear that they are not bothered about non citizens- sad indeed . No lunch either , only a buffet which was finished when I got to the hotel. And they could not even offer small meals regardless. Awful indeed . Not everyone likes a buffet !!

I couldn't get the aitport bus on when I arrive.

Pros:

The shuttle service was not provided and when we contacted the hotel they said they will send a driver to the airport and it would just be a 15mins wait time, 2 hours later no driver came so other means of transportation had to be sorted.
