We stayed at the bottom, and had extremely noisy people staying on the unit upstairs- we did phone reception to let them know- they didn’t answer, we then decided to phone via our cell phones- they answered- and staid they will adress it… but they didn’t

hoedspruit is always a good idea
Pros:

I loved everything about Radisson hoedspruit , its lovely and clean. a great place to relax and enjoy life , i wish i went to experience their spa i would definitely be back

Cons:

I didn't like their restaurant service at Mirage looked like they needed more stuff, the Pegasus restaurant had better service enjoyed their meditereanian menu

Hotel is great, just get your own drinks from the bar and you won’t go far wrong

Loved everything about the property. Can’t fault the location, it’s clean, its all good.

Cons:

The staff are really friendly, really nice people but the overall service was so poor. We repeatedly had to wait at least 30 minutes for drinks at the table. On two occasions we waited for 30 minutes for drinks and only 7 people over 3 tables were actually In the restaurant. Waiting 20 mins for a bill was standard. Staff saying they will bring drinks and not bringing them for 20-30 minutes if at all. Also a expectation that everyone will be okay eating outside, in the dark on tables with other people. We didn’t like that at all especially when you arrive at 8.30 and they start packing up around you when dinner isn’t supposed to end until 10. We ended up just eating at the other restaurant and getting our own drinks as soon as we walked in the bar. It’s much quicker and easier than waiting

My stay was short but beautiful

It was good. We used it for a night between safari lodges to get some rest.
Pros:

The “adult” pool was amazing - although the steps in and out are way too steep! And the pool bar was good although not opened later than advertised.
