Cons:

I didn't like the fact that we had to carry our Luggage and walk towards the hotel. The hotel doesn't have parking and no one from there had time to explain that we should use a public parking that rates per hour.
We had to drive around and in the morning when we left they were relaxed on their phone till we asked twice for them to explain the parking thing before making a payment.

The breakfast was amazing, treatment of the restaurant staff was top tier.

Cons:

Most things, starting with the booking, you had hidden costs and the receptionist told us all customers don’t like to read. And then as we were resting in our room, the accusation of being smokers because of the smoke smell in our corridor. Security went to reception and said we’re smoking! We are not even smokers. Lack of transparency when it comes to packing. Both packing and deposit details are only clear once you’ve done the booking and it’s too late to cancel the booking.

The hotel's location and the views from our room were absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Every member of the team was incredibly helpful, and the on-call manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience.

We would 100% stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Cape Town and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great location.
