Pros:

Posizione ottima, al centro della città; un pochino di rumore avendo la stanza vicino all'ascensore e per alcuni schiamazzi notturni ma tutto regolare; ho il sonno molto leggero e quindi non sono particolarmente attendibile su questo aspetto.
Un pochino lento il wifi ma comunque perfettamente funzionante: è pur vero che in molte zone della città non prende benissimo il segnale.
Per il resto tutto ottimo, pulizia stanza, servizio alla reception, dimensioni stanza e bagno.

Cons:

Forse dal mio punto di vista il wifi; in alcuni momenti faceva fatica a scaricare e connettersi alle pagine internet velocemente; per il resto tutto ok

Thee perfect Neighbor
Pros:

I didn’t choose the breakfast option, because I didn’t want to wake up early to go eat breakfast. I loved the accommodation so much. For the amount that I paid for I wasn’t expecting to get such a luxurious room wow and for the fact that all taxes were included in the amount and no surprises. I also love the online check in , in the accommodation you just receive your key . Thank you so much Neighbor for that wonderful message card I received on my bed, it made me feel so special. The place is so beautiful and clean. Great people and professional in the reception area.

Cons:

Honestly I loved everything, I just wish that properties should if possible get adjust the checkout time to atleast 11am or 12, so that we can eat breakfast and go back to rest and don’t have to wake up early. It’s just a suggestion otherwise loved this place

The staff was amazing and Welcoming Anelisa from the reception was excellent and very professional and Lindelwa also. Also big up to Funeka from housekeeping. They made my stay worth every penny definitely coming back again 👏

Great value for money
Pros:

Loved the spaciousness of the room, and lovely decorated. Great shower and bath, so lovely too and the bed was very comfy. Loved the stay. We went and worked at the work facilities before catching our flight and the work facilities is excellent. Would really recommend.

Cons:

The email that refers one to the parking options should be send before arrival and not after check in and 30 trips around looking for parking

Pros:

Rooms are spacious and clean.

Cons:

The pool area, could be better....no furniture or no plants or anything up there except for the pool....

Also not rail or anything to hold on to in the shower, if you were to slip.

Not what we expected - very disappointed.
Cons:

The neighbourhood was noisy and we could hardly sleep. People right next to our room were smoking dope and the smell was terrible, all night long. Also, we were under the impression they have parking for our car which wasn't the case. We had to pay R116 extra for parking many blocks away from the hotel. We will never stay at this hotel again - not even for free.

Cons:

The bathtub, which was the selling point, had a leak/wouldn't hold water and it wasn't able to be fixed in time/during my stay.
