Pros:

I liked service for checking in. I liked the room . It's spacious with a good bathroom for adults. Comfortable bed. Quietness at night and also its view.

Cons:

Limited resources such as bath soap, only one piece for two. We had to use it in the evening and morning. Also sugar, because we are two, we had to ask for more. We are not satisfied about the variety of protein in the breakfast. Selection is limited as compared to our experiences.

Breakfast was very underwhelming. No mushrooms available as always. Warm breakfast selection is very limited.

Cons:

Room had a bad smell when I walked it. My child found a container of Vicks under our bed to show that the cleaning was rushed. I did not appreciate the one roll of toilet paper as I was traveling with kids. We’ve always had one extra roll in the room. The issue of no water was completely unacceptable after paying so much money at the facility and the fact that we were given one bowl of water for the four of us was bazar
