Pros:

Bad experience – needs significant improvement

Unfortunately, my stay at Ins & Outs was a very disappointing experience. I booked the accommodation for two nights mainly because of its convenient location near Standard Bank Head Office in Rosebank.

There is a pub on the property, and the noise was extremely disruptive. There was also a lot of banging and noise coming from the neighbouring room on both nights. After long days at work, I needed to rest, but I could hardly sleep. This was particularly disappointing given the cold weather that has been affecting Gauteng.

There were also some cleanliness issues. I noticed what appeared to be food residue around the edges of the bedding/undersheet. The water was never hot enough, which was especially uncomfortable in the cold weather. Basic items such as soap and sugar for tea or coffee were also not provided, unlike other places I have booked.

To be fair, the room itself is clean and has some positive features, including beautiful floors, wardrobes and a nice bathroom. However, the overall experience was poor, and the noise, lack of hot water, cleanliness concerns and missing basic amenities need serious attention.

Unfortunately, Ins & Outs is one of the worst accommodations I have booked. I chose it mainly because of its proximity to my workplace, but based on this experience, I would not book here again. The management needs to improve the guest experience and do much better.

Cons:

Not hot water, no coffee or tea no or soap, dirty sheets with food residue.

The apartment was neat and clean with modern finishes

The room literally has only one towel and the water in the shower is cold.

If they could at least have two towels and the water be heated on time it would make for an even better experience.

Le logement est propre et bien équipé.
Télévision avec beaucoup de chaînes et application.
Proche du Mall de rosebank et du Zoo

Cons:

Il y a un bar/discothèque dessous, du bruit la nuit et odeur de cannabis en arrivant.
Personnel est sur place juste pour donner la clefs, rien d'autres.

Lovely location. Room design and amenities good.

Cons:

Noisy environment at night from 8pm till 3am. not conduive for resting at night. I was promised a soundproof room and got opposite.
Access to reception and rooms - not well designed stairs for luggage movement making it not safe and welcoming.
Old linen and blankets not well cleaned
Staff not so friendly and presentable

Très bruyant car à l étage d' un Club avec de la musique à fond jusqu'à 2h00 du matin. Dans les couloirs le gens étaient bruyants jusqu'à1h00 du matin pendant le deux nuits du séjour. L équipement est très basique: dans la chambre pour deux, avec kitchenette, une seul tasse et une seule petite cuillère. Pas d' autres couverts, heureusement qu' on en avait en plastiques! Pas de chauffage, même d' appoint (temperature externe la nuit de 8 degrés, pendant notre séjour).

Terrible stay, regrettable.
Pros:

Nothing, super dirty, next to a club, extremely noisy, the location is very doggy, you feel unsafe upon arrival, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Cons:

Everything, I regret this bad choice all night, longest night, I just wanted it to be the morning so that I can leave this place.
