Cons:

The location for starters, definitely not for the faint hearted. The kind of place you don’t want to be caught outside after dark with that being said i was told to wait outside the premises for an hour because there was no staff available to open for me. After an hour the staff lady opened the gate from the inside, she said “sorry I was asleep, I couldn’t hear the phone”. lol. Even with that I paid for early check-in. The place is nothing like how it looks in the pictures. Even my uber driver was concerned about the area he insisted on waiting with me until someone opened the gate up until he got another trip. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

It was okay honestly. Convenient and affordable but you pay woth your sleep.
Pros:

It was basic. Nothing stood out for me.

Cons:

The noise is unbearable,there'sa club downstairs. You will barely sleep until 2am in the morning when it closes. Windows are thin. When loud cars pass, it sounded like they're in the room. We were given only one towel when we booked for two guests.

Book here and you are paying for a sleepless night, guaranteed.

The fact that this establishment is adjoining a bar/nightclub that plays its music so loud and until 2am - so much so that the building, my bed and my eardrums were reverberating from the noise. It is impossible to sleep through this and I am shocked that an establishment like this is allowed on the booking.com platform as essentially one is paying for a sleepless night.

The busy street, club down stairs, weed shop, cramped parking, No lift just stairs, linen not changed. Frayed 2 bath towels instead of 3, unkept torn window blind. The place was just too busy and noisy.

It was alright
Pros:

The staff was vert friendly and you can book in late

Cons:

There is a place that plays very loud music so we could only sleep like after 2am. There was not clothes to clean the counter and their wasn’t enough utilities for 2 people. The bed we slept in made a lot of noise every time you turn. The water for showering was also not hot it was cold and the Netflix didn’t work. The parking space is also very uncomfortable
